YOUTUBE CENSORS UNLISTED JFK SPEECH as HATE SPEECH - DENIES APPEAL - ORWELL Eat Your Heart Out

 I have long pointed out the hypocritical policies of YouTube, but in comparison to the latest insanity in Silicon Valley, that was nothing compared to this. An unlisted, uncirculated video that contained no commentary by the uploader and just some stock 911 footage and music. The video was deemed by Google, (YouTube) to be "hate speech". 

Question: How does one flag a video, be offended by it, or otherwise have reason to complain...
      WHEN THE VIDEO IS NOT EVEN IN VIEWABLE CIRCULATION? When the video is not even public?
Even by most Marxists' definition of "hate speech", as unAmerican and Bolshevik style in nature that this thought police concept is, the uploaded video comes nowhere near violating even that insane concept definition in reality, and in fact, it defames the content creator. YES. I am referring to myself.  They terminated my main channel with years of work and after creating a marketable audience (even though claiming my material was not marketable) but I had a few other channels for a variety of different purposes. I never intended on using them as a way to beat censorship when they were created. This latest wae of censorship must be met with litigation and prosecution. It is called defamation and is economic terrorism via the targeting of political ideology.

This is the same Googler that at least as if they are not still, taking military contract work paid for by taxpayers. I don't know if they are aware of it or not but after working for a private company that installed bullet and blast-proof glass at Federal courthouses and military bases, I can tell you that the company I worked for had to comply with certain guidelines regarding rights. I believe the time has come to fight back. This absolutely ridiculously blatant act comes after one other was set to expire. I did an interview with Wolfgang Halbig of Sandy Hook and Alex Jone's fame. We discussed nothing about the kids or the event of Sandy Hook, in fact, I really had him on to talk about the suit against he and Alex Jones as well as the fact that it was he who alleged that he sold the school Emergency plan to Marjory Stoneman Douglass High and more in Broward County. That is called NEWS. I never disparaged anyone. I never bullied anyone or advocated for anyone to bother anyone else. Yet in a blatant and total lie that is exactly what YouTube accused me of. I for one and sick of this corporation bullying folk who have a different outlook than they do. Because at best, that is 3xactly what they have become. BULLIES and ECONOMIC TERRORISTS. Those of us who have built our channels before they decided to go nuts should not have what equates to our own homegrown businesses destroyed by social engineering corporations.

SHERIFF DENIES ENFORCEMENT of UNCONSTITUTIONAL GUN CONTROL MEASURES - What about the rest of the Constitution?

I have long been a supporter of "Constitutional Sheriffs".  That being said the truth is that most all of them are still under the effects of mass mind control of authoritarianism and conditioning. The Soviet term for this is called "active measures"/ and while the Soviet Union and World Communist Movement have had a large effect on domestic policies, it truly began here from the agents of the Crown on down to corrupt power hungry political parasites. I am also in full agreement with Brian Young on this issue. As you will see in the video the good Sheriff has finally realized that unconstitutional laws are passed. The only problem is that it took the extreme case scenario of guns to wake him from his slumber. Truth be told the Federal as well as state governments have since at least the War of Northern Aggression (Civil War) been enacting and enforcing UN Constitutional laws. Having to get "permission" as well as be subject to having permission revoked for traveling, fishing, hunting, how you keep your yard or the speech you stand upon to express yourself... i.e. "hate laws". We have traveled down so many slippery slopes that its hard to tell if any government ever got it right consistently. Sure there are pockets of America such as Athens Tennessee that saw veterans arming themselves to protect an election from a corrupt Sheriff. They surrounded the Sheriffs Office and filled it full of lead until they surrendered the ballot box.  Today we see creeping ommunitarianism, collectivism, and the fusion of corporate fascism and communism. The only "ism" we are supposed to have is "individualism", the greatest minority is that of one.



No victim... no crime.

In 1977 chair of the House of Representatives subcommittee on Energy and Power John D. Dingell requested an investigation to determine whether weapons grade uranium had been illegally diverted from the US into a clandestine Israeli nuclear weapons program.

In the early 1960s, the Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) began documenting suspicious lapses in security at the Nuclear Materials and Equipment Corporation (NUMEC) in Pennsylvania. In 1965 an Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) audit found that NUMEC could no longer account for 220 pounds of highly enriched uranium. The amount of missing uranium could "make at least four or five nuclear weapons" according to the report. In 1966 the FBI opened an investigation code-named DIVERT and began monitoring NUMEC's management and large numbers of Israeli visitors. On Sept. 10, 1968, four Israelis visited NUMEC's president to "discuss thermoelectric devices with [Zalman] Shapiro," according to correspondence from NUMEC's security manager seeking official AEC consent for an Israeli visit. Among the approved visitors was Rafael Eitan. After Eitan's visit, 587 pounds of highly enriched uranium was classified as missing.

The GAO investigation was chartered to discover whether:

1. "The material was illegally diverted to Israel by NUMEC management for use in nuclear weapons."

2. "The material was diverted to Israel by NUMEC management with the assistance of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)."

3. "The material was diverted to Israel with the acquiescence of the United States Government."

4. GAO inquired whether "there has been a cover-up of the NUMEC incident by the United States Government."

The GAO officially concluded that the federal efforts to resolve the matter were "less than adequate." GAO charged the FBI "which had the responsibility and authority to investigate the alleged incident, did not focus on the question of a possible nuclear diversion until May 1976, nearly 11 years later." The GAO found other serious lapses in the FBI investigation. "GAO found that certain key individuals had not been contacted by the FBI almost 2 years into the FBI's current investigation."

IT APPEARS VIRGINIA POLITICIANS ARE OPENLY DEFYING the CONSTITUTION & THEIR OWN PEOPLE

Some people will never learn. I had a few listeners of our radio show call and ask me, how can Virginia politicians engage in outright treason... my answer was short and sweet.

 We were overthrown in 1868. Not by the South. Not by the North either, but through subversion. The concept of the Republic at that point was in a spiral. They had to maintain the illusion of normalcy so the progression toward their goal would not be resisted. 11 states were forced out at gunpoint of the vote for ratification of the 14th Amendment which made the validity of the “public debt” unquestionable. Think about that. We have a right to give redress of grievances... or so I was lead to believe.  Some northern states withdrew their votes when they realized they were being played.  One state had their reps kidnapped and by force made to take their seat so that a quorum would be made so a vote could be taken. Not exactly a “honorable lawful process”. 

Many are dumbfounded as to how these Virginia politicians can be even considering what they are doing. Try taking a hard stand before we are lost and have had our claws and teeth pulled.  Below is a stellar presentation with an announcement from Brian Young at High Impact Flix. He is headed to Virginia and DC to cover this. If I were 15 years younger I would be on my way to defend it. 

Those Virginia politicians are treasonous cowards. But Trump won’t do a damn thing but blow hot air. The Presidency has been a puppet post for a long time. Trump is always talking about the necessity of bi- partisan cooperation. Has anyone not realized that the left right paradigm is a bunch of garbage yet ?

Trump backs Bolshevik style Red Flag laws. 

In fact he said he would like to “take the guns first and worry about due process later”. His rationale was allegedly based on the alleged actions of the parkland suspect. Nicholas Cruz. The only problem with that is that both Federal and local law enforcement had the ways and means to have dealt with him long before the shooting occurred.  Not that there wasn’t already huge issues with that event. 

It was an Obama Marxist Grant program that existed to reduce the stats of “marginalized students” that’s Marxist language for Black, Hispanic etc. What could go wrong? Law enforcement agencies including Miami Dade and it appears Broward were just not arresting them, the stats would go down, and they would get the money. Government created the problem to then offer a false solution. GUN CONTROL.

It was crystal clear then... and it’s just as clear now.

They are coming. The rough times are just over the next hill so to speak.

Our right to bear arms does not, nor did it ever come from government. The founders of the American republic made that clear. So I ask you... if legitimate government, rather an oxy-moron, but if it never had a power to do so, then what does that make many of the corporations acting as an “authority” are by al evidence illegitimate - defacto. 

The 14th Amendment which was never lawfully ratified even according to their own terms.  It created a new citizenship, it killed states rights, and even individual rights. It created essentially a Communist form of citizenship. And ever since we have increasingly needed government permission to do anything. That is NOT freedom. That is tyranny. And when one realizes that the root words that comprise the word government is as defined “mind control”, well then it all makes rather obvious sense.

Every story is its own. We have heard horror stories already regarding state Red Flag Laws. They are Bolshevik at best, and since 9/11 it surely seems as though the Feds and in many cases state governments are leaning on their people to extract that tevenue. 

From the former Deputy head of the Dept. Of Homeland Security, like Micheal Chertoff, whose parents were programmed to be Communists, we saw him hire Marcus Wolfe former head of the East German STASI to consult. Now we have these gun confiscation laws under the guise of surrendering liberty for safety. 

We are armed, but then again America has always been. I may be limited these days in what I can do, but I’ve stood on free ground held by us. Bundy Ranch  Standing Off against the US Bureau of Land Management, that was NEVER supposed to be a law enforcement entity or militarized with kill listsvand private contractors either. Then there was Oregon at the Standoff with the FBI.  They put 2 ranchers in prison for starting a backfire to reduce the risk of damage from wildfires and they used the “Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act. The judge retired after being unwilling and unable to sentence them to the mandatory minimum. He said it would be a shock to the conscience. 

We are in grave times with not a second to lose.
