JOE BIDEN THREATENS the LIVES of LAW ABIDING CITIZENS - WIPE AWAY the EUPHEMISMS

Arms = tools of defense             Firearms = a word created by politicians to be defined as a commodity in interstate commerce that the commerce clause grants authority to Congress to regulate. 

In other words, they created a “new term” and ascribed to it a definition using Constitutional authority to undermine the restriction placed upon government by the Constitution’s Bill Of Rights itself. If properly asserted Marbury v. Madison would nullify this term entirely. But considering it is also 14th Amendment jurisdiction that supports the authority and jurisdiction, and considering the Republic was overthrown after the Civil War by section 4 especially of the 14th (also should be seen as stricken) these politicians and their forked tongues have legislated us into tyranny.

While the above quote is attributed to George Washington, that has not been proven as fact, although it has been rumored Washington uttered many things that were not memorialized in his official documents and speeches.

IT APPEARS VIRGINIA POLITICIANS ARE OPENLY DEFYING the CONSTITUTION & THEIR OWN PEOPLE

Some people will never learn. I had a few listeners of our radio show call and ask me, how can Virginia politicians engage in outright treason... my answer was short and sweet.

 We were overthrown in 1868. Not by the South. Not by the North either, but through subversion. The concept of the Republic at that point was in a spiral. They had to maintain the illusion of normalcy so the progression toward their goal would not be resisted. 11 states were forced out at gunpoint of the vote for ratification of the 14th Amendment which made the validity of the “public debt” unquestionable. Think about that. We have a right to give redress of grievances... or so I was lead to believe.  Some northern states withdrew their votes when they realized they were being played.  One state had their reps kidnapped and by force made to take their seat so that a quorum would be made so a vote could be taken. Not exactly a “honorable lawful process”. 

Many are dumbfounded as to how these Virginia politicians can be even considering what they are doing. Try taking a hard stand before we are lost and have had our claws and teeth pulled.  Below is a stellar presentation with an announcement from Brian Young at High Impact Flix. He is headed to Virginia and DC to cover this. If I were 15 years younger I would be on my way to defend it. 

Those Virginia politicians are treasonous cowards. But Trump won’t do a damn thing but blow hot air. The Presidency has been a puppet post for a long time. Trump is always talking about the necessity of bi- partisan cooperation. Has anyone not realized that the left right paradigm is a bunch of garbage yet ?

Trump backs Bolshevik style Red Flag laws. 

In fact he said he would like to “take the guns first and worry about due process later”. His rationale was allegedly based on the alleged actions of the parkland suspect. Nicholas Cruz. The only problem with that is that both Federal and local law enforcement had the ways and means to have dealt with him long before the shooting occurred.  Not that there wasn’t already huge issues with that event. 

It was an Obama Marxist Grant program that existed to reduce the stats of “marginalized students” that’s Marxist language for Black, Hispanic etc. What could go wrong? Law enforcement agencies including Miami Dade and it appears Broward were just not arresting them, the stats would go down, and they would get the money. Government created the problem to then offer a false solution. GUN CONTROL.

Our right to bear arms does not, nor did it ever come from government. The founders of the American republic made that clear. So I ask you... if legitimate government, rather an oxy-moron, but if it never had a power to do so, then what does that make many of the corporations acting as an “authority” are by al evidence illegitimate - defacto. 

The 14th Amendment which was never lawfully ratified even according to their own terms.  It created a new citizenship, it killed states rights, and even individual rights. It created essentially a Communist form of citizenship. And ever since we have increasingly needed government permission to do anything. That is NOT freedom. That is tyranny. TEEN EXPELLED FROM SCHOOL for GOING to SHOOTING RANGE with HIS MOTHER - EVERYONE INVOLVED SHOULD BE FIRED

It would seem that a lot of people in America have collectively lost their minds. This school is a government run institution. When government violates the rights of an individual harsh consequences should follow. Schools allowed to violate the Supreme Law of the Land and allowed to get away with it show exactly how they are being used as social change agent facilitators.

Justine [Myers] woke up to a voicemail from Thompson Valley School District where Nate is a junior at Loveland High School in Loveland, CO. The voicemail informed Justine that a report had come in claiming Nate was a threat to the school and he was not allowed to return until further notice. The report presumably came through Safe 2 Tell.

There are reports that a school wide email was also sent to parents about the “threat”. Justine immediately contacted the school assuming she could easily clear things up, especially since the police had already assessed the situation and realized no one had done anything wrong or made any threats. She was wrong.

The school not only refused to provide her with more information about the “threat”, but they refused to provide Nate with schoolwork so he doesn’t get behind. A “threat assessment hearing” has been scheduled for Thursday morning at 10am at the school admin building where Justine will be allowed to defend her son against SEVEN school officials who will be in attendance to, as she was told, “make their case”.

Make their case of what? That Nate’s outing with his mother to train with her firearms somehow makes him a danger to the school?

TSD Superintendent Marc Schaffer notified the parents of Nathan Myers that he could not return to school until the district completed a full investigation after Nathan posted a Snapchat video on Tuesday of several handguns and an AR-15 belonging to his mother.

The guns were being packed for a family shooting trip to the mountains, the boy’s mother, Justine Myers, said. Nathan posted the video with the caption “Finna be lit,” which is slang for “gonna be exciting.”

Someone called the anonymous line “Safe2Tell,” and reported they feared Nathan was threatening the school. “Safe2Tell” is designed for youth to be able to give tips to their school and police about threatening situations. However, Weld County Sheriff Steve Reams said the line has been dubbed “Safe2Swat,” by kids who use the line for both practical jokes and to get even with other students they may have a conflict with.

Swatting is a term that is used when someone deceptively sends police and other emergency services to another person’s address through false reporting of an emergency or criminal action.

Nathan’s father had left several messages for Justine about police officers at his home questioning Nathan’s intentions while they were out of cell phone coverage.

“His father told them (Tuesday evening that) he was out shooting with me. I am an avid shooter,” Justine said. “So, the officers said he wasn’t in trouble and left.”

Despite being glad the situation is resolved, Justine said she is still frustrated at how it was handled. She said it felt like they were downplaying the severity of the situation, including failing to allow the boy access to his homework. The school district told Justine they did not get clearance from the police until sometime Wednesday,

“You expect me to believe they had a threat on a school and the school waited more than 15 hours to contact the police to find out if it was credible,” Justine said.

Nathan and his parents met with school district officials for what she said amounted to 5 minutes before they gave Nathan permission to return to class and promised him there would be no consequences surrounding the issue.

“We walked in, they gave him a big envelope with his homework in it and immediately apologized,” Justine said. “They told him he was a good kid, they liked him, and they never believed he was making a threat against the school, but that ‘you know we have to do this.’ ”

SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED - When Did Simple English Become So Complicated?

When exactly did the English language become so complicated?  Our founding fathers knew full well that the way to control and oppress began with disarming the people. This is why the 2nd Amendment was written. This was not a suggestion and this “right” was absolutely not granted via the 2nd, which is simply a reminder to government as to where they were not only restricted from tampering with, but for the very purpose that empowered the people to stand in opposition to the government if need be. 

If you have noticed, for a long time now we have heard the term “anti-government used as to imply that anyone who opposes government corruption and is willing to take a hard stand is a “domestic terrorist”.  This is in complete denial of what we were taught is the duty and obligation of any American.   I keep hearing is compared to other nations as to gun violence, weapons owned etc.    I have news for you. All of that is irrelevant noise. I don’t care how many non Americans .

The United States is so different than most countries. The size and scope, the differing terrain, the mountains, deserts, the border with a county that has banned guns placing the possession of arms squarely in the hands of government or of criminal cartels with citizens being caught in the crossfire and the murder rate, well let’s just say my position on immigration is not based on race, it really is based on crime and culture. Those who demand gun control while living in their gated communities don’t live on the Arizona border in the desert like I do. Yet these people think they have the right to deny others the ability to protect themselves. The same people who think that a few hundred deaths a year equals an “epidemic” yet drive their cars oblivious to the fact that 37,000 deaths a year is caused by the “assault car”. You don’t hear them screaming for car confiscation. You don’t hear them discussing “high capacity horse power”. You don’t hear them telling other car owners that every death caused by assault car crashes and the blood generated by them is on the hands of every car owner.

These people are indoctrinated fools. Every death that comes from  especially violent means, is certainly tragic. And we should absolutely try to do all we can to try and deal with it

But the way to deal with it is opposite to what’s being done now. First is to stop giving more and more powerful authoritarian laws that violate more than just the 2nd Amendment. As well my readers know, I have made a number of suggestions. One of my favorites is the Educator Liberator - Classroom Gun Safe and a variety of potential non-lethal as well as lethal tools to defend what the gun free zones have created.. which is a huge targets of opportunity for those hell bent to destroy. 

Instead of cowering in fear, a teacher can go to the safe, Arm up and put their back to the wall next to the door to the classroom. If bad guy enters - one right to the head.

In fact, it’s so stark a difference, that when you apply the exact same logic to it when you consider traffic fatalities, you will have to give up your car. That’s right... give it to me, because if you don’t then every car wreck leaves you with blood on your hands.

- As so far one of the most concerning details related to this case besides the AR-15 and ammo this essentially dirt poor man living in a box hobo managed to afford seems to be a call made to law enforcement by his neighbor when he had yelled at her with his rifle in hand and after killing random animals from the top of his shack. 

The police FAILED to RESPOND or apparently even think to call the neighbor back. The neighbor said she thought it was due to the fact that GPS did not work out there. This should not be a factor in law enforcement when it is in your jurisdiction. I know as a firefighter there were areas that GPS either did not work or was incorrect. We had maps, county dispatch, and we would have the 911 call center make contact with the original caller if all else failed. And that was when it had nothing to do with a gun. So I reject the GPS explanation. 

Someone needs to get to the bottom of that very quickly. You have to be pretty powerful to call off a 9/11 “man with a gun” report. I do not buy that they “just didn’t bother” to show. Sometimes when the Feds are operating in an area or have a location under surveillance they put the address into local county dispatch to be called before any other units roll. I’m not saying that this is what happened here, but just considering all possibilities.  Can you imagine someone making this call, the police just blowing it off and something happening? It just makes no sense. 

You don’t defeat criminals by disarming those who do not commit crimes.

FBI agents are searching a shack connected to the shooter

Members of the FBI Evidence Response Team Unit are walking in and out of a small shack here in West Odessa, carrying out bags of what appear to be evidence collected from a scene connected to the shooter.

I don’t know if it is standard in this specific area for the Federal Government to get involved immediately in what is a local, at most a state jurisdictional case. How is this FBI jurisdiction, and why are they gaining entry to this man’s property? Where was the local Sheriff or State Police?

The property — a small tan structure made of metal — has had its door busted through, and authorities have taped off the area around it.

A law enforcement official told CNN earlier that the FBI was executing a search warrant at a property here believed to be connected to the shooter. 

The property is off a dirt road in a rural community about 15 miles west of the movie theater where the gunman was taken down after the Saturday shooting spree.

Police still don't have a motive for the shootings, source says

A law enforcement official tells CNN authorities have not yet been unable to identify a motive in the Midland-Odessa shootings.

The source noted their investigation continues to try to determine what triggered the shootings. 

What we do know is that this began with a motor vehicle stop allegedly. I have been searching for warrants and records - I will update when I find something. 

The official indicated authorities expect to execute additional search warrants associated with the shooter.

Odessa shooter's neighbor says he threatened her with a rifle

A neighbor of the west Texas shooter says the 36-year-old came up to her house last month with a big rifle and yelled at her for leaving trash in a nearby dumpster.

Harassing someone while brandishing a rifle - a fine line when it comes to legality if he never threatened her, or pointed it at her, this is of course an issue, but honestly for Texas not completely crazy. 

Veronica Alonzo also described how her neighbor would frequently shoot out of a structure on top of his house at night into his yard, often going to retrieve dead animals afterwards.

The indiscriminate killing of animals that are not pests is a sign of a demented mind.  Most serial killers begin early with torturing and killing or just killing animals for no apparent reason to anyone else. 

Investigators at the gunman’s home Sunday were seen placing dozens of small red flags in locations outside his property, around locations that Alonzo indicated he would shoot at.

No doubt collecting spent casings if ammunition. 

Alonzo said she called police after the incident last month, but that they had never responded because the location of the property does not show up on GPS and is difficult to find.

This explanation for the police NEVER RESPONDING to a call regarding a man with a gun acting oddly, is beyond unacceptable. A property should not have to “show up on GPS for law enforcement to be able to locate it in their jurisdiction. They are not pizza delivery men. I find this excuse unacceptable. We will be inquiring as to why there was no attempt to make contact after this report and call was made. This woman living out there near this guy is a prime example as to why people should not be disarmed. Regardless off shootings that occur, good people do not deserve to be made helpless by politicians because others could care less about their self protection . 

Alonzo said that the shooter’s home had no running water or electricity. She said she saw him sitting in his gold Toyota Camry with the heat on when the weather was cold.

If he had no money, no electricity, and no water,  just out of curiosity I wonder where he got the money to continue purchasing ammunition or where he got the AR-15 he was reported to have allegedly used?  Not impossible, but in another report we are told that he recently failed a background check to purchase a gun. We are still looking into that as well.  As I stated above I find the jurisdiction of the FBI to be very interesting in this case.

Ator, 36, was arrested in 2001 for criminal trespassing and evading arrest, both misdemeanors, according to public records. Adjudication was deferred, though the details of the case are not immediately available. 

Ator’s record also includes a 2018 traffic citation for a federal motor carrier safety violation, according to Ector County court records. 

A LinkedIn account under Ator’s name said he was a truck driver. A Facebook page under his name contained only one publicly visible photo of the shooter posted in 2012, and the account has since been removed. 

The FBI executed a search warrant Sunday at a rural property in West Odessa believed to be connected to the alleged shooter, according to a law enforcement official. 

FBI Special Agent in Charge Christopher Combs said at an earlier news conference Sunday that investigators were conducting "searches at this exact moment in time to make sure that there is nobody else (is) even possibly connected to this."

Combs affirmed the assessment by local police that authorities believe the shooter acted alone Saturday. 

FBI says that shooting has no connection to terrorism 

The FBI said they do not believe there is any connection to domestic or international terrorism in the Odessa and Midland shootings from Saturday.

“At this point I can tell you we do not believe — we do not believe, there's any connection to any domestic or international terrorism,” FBI Special Agent in Charge Christopher Combs said.  

Police say AR-15 “type” rifle was used.  

This will no doubt have people freaking out. “BAN THE AR-15!!!   What most of these gun control folks have no clue about, is that they have no clue. It is only a style. Like wearing a dress. If I showed them a semi auto with a wood stock, no handle grip, no barrel shroud, etc, they would likely think much differently about it. I try and explain it to liberal women like a dress. Imagine there was just this one dressmaker, and everyone just had to have one of her dresses if it was the only dress you had. All it is is fashion, and they think that because it is the most popular style, that “it” should be banned. It’s just stupid. Unless of course you are taking to those who want to ban all weapons. But those folks if they tried would be committing treason. We should start prosecuting for that. If they can advocate the use of force and the threat of violence to demand confiscation, I have no sympathy. 

FBI explains why they were “Johnny on the Spot”

The suspect in the Odessa and Midland, Texas, shooting used an AR-type weapon according to Odessa Police Chief Michael Gerke, so it will be no shock to anyone that reporters were trying to make that the subject during the governors press conference at which the governor says “I have seen too many of these”. And while I see this unfolding I can not help but think that a lot of this just seems in-natural to me. All at the same time that Red Flag Laws and the TAPS Pre-Crime Act are being pushed through. “Preventative law enforcement is  Bolshevism not American.  Some say that the times have changed and so we may have to change with them. Um - no. Worst case scenario, hold public classes and start having regular citizens attend some training as volunteer militia peace officers. No law enforcement duties. The only responsibility assumed is that of preservation of life. That sounds to me like a far better idea than disarming people or implementing pre-crime programs. Think about it. If every able bodied individual, who has a clean record and never harmed anyone goes and gets trained in the shoot-don’t shoot program, and they are armed everywhere including these stupid Gun Free Zones, we would have a far safer world. 

So now to the Johnny on the spot FBI - 

FBI Special Agent in Charge Christopher Combs said his agency responds to Texas frequently. The FBI is “here now almost every other week supporting our local and state partners on active shooters.     We're almost every two weeks an active shooter in this country," he said.

Combs did say they are serving a federal search warrant in the area, but added there are numerous incident scenes across the area.  

- So it appears that we have our answer as to why the FBI was there... although this sounds rather strange that this shooter began with a motor vehicle stop by the Texas State Police, and the MRAPS and FBI were not only ready to go, but that the Texas State Police relinquished jurisdiction in a case of a guy who tried to kill their own. Still seeming odd to me.

CA RED FLAG LAWS - EXPANDING THEIR SCOPE - TEACHERS, EMPLOYEES, ANYONE WHO HAS SUBSTANTIAL CONTACT CAN BE A BOLSHEVIK STATE SNITCH

At least ten bills are working their way through the California state legislature that would expand the state’s “red flag” law, according to the Los Angeles Times. The bills would, among other things, expand the list of people who could request gun confiscation orders and extend the duration of the orders from one to five years. We have truly entered dangerous waters. American states are one by one becoming little Communitarian / Bolshevik strongholds.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom is ready and willing to sign whatever gun confiscation schemes the legislature cooks up.

The governor signaled his support at a press conference touting the new ammunition background check law set to take effect July 1. He said he hoped a number of legislative efforts “to expand the scope of the red flag laws” would get to his desk. “I expect they will be supported overwhelmingly upstairs,” he added, referring to the legislature.

Of the ten bills that would expand and/or modify the state’s red flag law, two have the most serious potential to affect California gun owners. AB-61, introduced by Assembly Members Philip Ting, Al Muratsuchi, and Eloise Gómez Reyez, would expand the list of people authorized to ask a judge for a gun confiscation order.

Under current state law, an immediate family member or a law enforcement officer can request a judge to confiscate a person’s firearms if there is a “substantial likelihood” that the person poses an immediate danger to self or others. AB-61 would further allow an employer or a coworker who has “substantial and regular interactions with the person and approval of their employer” to request the order. It would also permit an employee or teacher of a secondary or postsecondary school, with approval of the school administration staff, to request a student’s firearms be removed, provided the student has been attending the school for at least six months. This is reminiscent of the Soviet Union. In Bolshevik Russia the citizens were used as weapons of the state in a similar campaign as if you “see something say something” style. Citizens in Bolshevik Russia would also use the state as a weapon against people who they had issues with or did not like. They would use this process to get even. And the government did not mind this as it kept everyone divided, controlled and in fear of government. In other words misuse of the process still served government interests. 

The second bill, AB-12, would expand the maximum length of a gun confiscation order from one year to five years. In determining the duration of the order, the court would consider how long a person is “likely to continue” to be a danger to self or others. The bill allows the person under the order to request every year that the order be lifted, but they must prove that there is “no longer clear and convincing evidence” that they present a danger.

Other bills affecting red flag laws would require police departments to standardize their gun confiscation procedures and allow gun owners to voluntarily surrender their firearms to a court.

News of the expanded red flag laws comes the same week that California gun owners will be required to pass a background check for ammunition purchases.

POLITICIANS ARE DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE for GILROY EVENT in CALIFORNIA

While life is always going to throw us a curve ball, and crazy people are being made even crazier via an all out assault on everything and anything natural or normal, the one thing we all could do to assure that the least amount of casualties would occur from the result of an alleged crazy or bad person with a gun, is for all of us normal folks to be well regulated (with  arms in food and well kept working order and sufficient and well cared for ammunition - arms kept in good and well maintained working order) and always vigilantly armed and ready, relaxed but prepared for whatever life throws your way. 

You want to empower women? Arm them. There is no greater force equalizer and empowerment tool than arms. 

You can’t be there to keep an eye on your elderly mom and dad? Arm them and when you do have time, take them to the range for practice. Even old folks with fuzzy memory recall can train for muscle memory. 

You want to go to a festival where you know large groups of people will be? Arm yourself. If the festival or event does not allow it, DONT GO. Your life and well being are worth more than a concert. 

Folks, police have no duty or obligation to protect you. The Supreme Court has ruled on this several times now. Any politician or good ole “law abiding citizen” who believe in the “serve and protect” propaganda are likely older and lived through times where the police were more like Andy Griffith and less like Universal Soldier. They likely have also never been the victim of a violent crime in which their life or bodily safety were threatened or damaged only to find out that the police are there after the most emergent of situations has already occurred. 

I was walking down an urban street in NJ one night many years ago. Carrying a gun there was illegal and I obeyed the law. There was something else illegal there and then too. Armed robbery with a baseball bat and 3 thugs. But they didn’t care about the law as much as I did at the time. I was struck in the back, from behind as the other 2 blocked my forward motion. I went down, my spine was so swollen but thank God not broken, that to get help I had to drag myself down the sidewalk to an open store. I couldn’t move my legs and I thought I was paralyzed for life. That injury now in conjunction with Lyme Disease has me just about crippled. I am in intense pain every day of my life, and I only had about 40 bucks on me. And the truth is with those odds 3 against 1 and one with a deadly weapon, I would have handed over the money. My life and health was worth more than 40 dollars to me. But I was robbed of my health and also sentenced to a life time of torture via the pain. 

I blame politicians even more than the perpetrators. The guys who robbed me, even though they are lowlife scumbags, would have had no power over me, and no ability to harm or to rob me if it hadn’t been for politicians intentionally and directly interfering with my God given right to protect myself. People who are surrounded by armed guards and affluence, who only see the bad city streets through the windows of their limos when they campaign, are the ones who are responsible for a life time of misery and pain.       Please don’t let them do to you what they did to me.

Stand up for your rights. Become active. And for Gods sake forget the sellouts at the NRA and get behind

COUPLE WARNED by COPS to STAY AWAY from HOMELESS COUPLE ATTACKED & NOW SUING POLICE WHO HAD NO DUTY to PROTECT

RTR Truth Media (Portland) - A couple who attended a local park for some recreation were warned by police to avoid a homeless couple who police informed them had been some trouble in the past. Apparently there were no warrants nor any infractions of the law that the police were able to enforce. 

Some hours later the homeless man apparently emotionally snapped and assaulted the couple with a baton and threw one of them, the female, on the rocks of the beach. 

The man was arrested, charged and convicted. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison. 

But now the couple is suing the city and the police because they say the homeless couple was “illegally camping” and that the police “failed to protect them”.

As many people know several cities in Oregon have a regular homeless population and as they have tried many methods to alleviate this problem, several cities have relaxed their rules regarding enforcement. Frankly, I for one don’t really have an idea what they would do if they had not as there seems to be few places equipped with handling the problem. Portland especially seems to attract homeless individuals many say because the city is friendly and sympathetic to their situations. 

The real issue here, and what this couple apparently do not realize is that the US Supreme Court has ruled on this type of case many times before. In fact, the court has ruled in far more serious cases that law enforcement officers have no duty nor obligation to protect you or me.  That does not mean a police officer will never protect an individual, it simply means that the logo on the sides of many police cars is little more than propaganda and at best a public relations gimmick. There is one other distinct possibility. And that is that municipal state and federal law enforcement do have an obligation to serve and protect. Serve and protect what you may ask?  To serve and protect the government corporation. 

Even if there had been a law that these officers failed to enforce, as we saw in Florida at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, the officer who failed to enter the building and engage the armed suspect, the Supreme Court ruled that neither the County of Browaed nor the officer was liable as he had no duty to protect someone not in custody. So in fact, officers have a duty and obligation to protect only the lawbreakers whom they place under arrest. 

We can also analyze the “failure to enforce the law” claim that this Oregonian couple are standing on. Well, in the situation with the Parkland case, there had been many contacts with Nicholas Cruz the alleged lone gunman, by law enforcement. Several of these contacts or reports were in fact considered violent or felonious. But in our assessment and after reviewing the evidence as well as whistleblower testimony from Palm Beach County Sheriffs whom were deposed, the Obama era Cultural Marxist based PROMISE Federal grant program provided federal money to these departments for reducing the school to prison pipeline of “marginalized students” (that means non white students) and to reduce criminal statistics by employing programs and measures to intercede. What was revealed and was occurring in both Miami Dads as well as Broward County was that officers were told on several occasions to not arrest these students and if found with contraband or stolen property, to log said items into evidence as “found property”. This did reduce the appearance and statistics of criminal activity, but it was not long before drug dealers and older criminals became wise to this and used younger folks more and more to do the trafficking etc.  Well one would think that all of that activity and failure to intercede in Nicholas Cruz’ life would be considered failing to make an arrest which in the same although less serious case of the Portland couple, the Supreme Court still found no culpability upon the county or the department as there was no duty nor obligation Constitutiobally or legally binding to protect an individual not in custody. 

I hope the public is learning just how screwed up the government as well as law enforcement has become in America. And after 150 or so years of American law enforcement history, for this to remain unfixed and a continuing issue is insane. Politicians are the first to make the claim that we don’t need guns for self defense because that is what the police are for. But the one thing you can take away from this report, is that they are at best idiots and oblivious, but I suspect the worst in this, which is that they know that they are lying and that it is not the job of police to protect anyone. Perhaps they have a duty or obligation to protect a governor, or a public official as they are an agent of government. Maybe that falls within the “to serve and protect the corporate government, its assets, and its functionality. I’m not really sure. But I do know that there should be repercussions for politicians who bald faced lie to the public while moving further and further to disarm them.

In what is a position that will likely cause the direct confrontation of cognitive dissonance, and certainly some anger, as a Conservative I have to call for a serious condemnation of President Trump’s actions and suggestion that long standing law should simply be “reinterpreted” so as to effect the action of criminalizing private property. Regardless of how people “feel” about bump stocks, it is never acceptable to continue to allow more encroachments upon freedom by use of powers we never granted. 

Live free or die - it used to mean something.

Edward Bernays could not have ever expected how well the main stream media and government political parasites would apply his theories on propaganda. As I began looking into this shooting at the Borderline Bar I found myself deeply disturbed by many facts that seem just so fantastic that it blows the mind. Manipulating the American mind through the use of real and or promulgated events has been a way governments, corporations, special interests and religions have used for centuries. To dismiss all of the questions as mere "Conspiracy Theories" is either indicative of ignorance, dishonesty, lazy journalism, or collusion.

Why would a pro-gun veteran post on social media:

 "the only thing you people do after these shootings is 'hopes and prayers'...or 'keep you in my thoughts'."    -  this has become a big time liberal talking point of the anti-gun crowd. Then we have the mother of an alleged victim saying no more thoughts and prayers - NO MORE GUNS!


I'm sorry, I do not mean to be cold hearted. But I do not believe the corporate media and I certainly do not believe official stories unless they have been properly investigated. As so far every mass shooting that has occurred, I have seen no testing on any suspect of substances known to have mind control properties and so as far as I am concerned, not one of those cases has been thoroughly investigated.  I have called to inquire about the testing and read autopsy reports. Nada ...Ziltch. Not any compound we know to be used by organized crime, intelligence agencies or that can be purchased off the street in Rio..

Let me say that I am not claiming no one died, or that the Sheriff reported killed did not die. This is not the point of this article to dispute these things. In fact, for a very real and successful false flag to be convincing and to solidify the psychological effect on local law enforcement agencies in following the goal of those who may be behind it, it would be reasonable to conclude that there were casualties. The questions are, was this authentic to the way it was reported. As so far evidence is showing this not to be the case from my perspective and opinion.

- Video by Dallas Knapp or mr knapp on Instagram shows a relatively clean and empty bar. Over 200 people who fled and there are no drinks, purses, clothing, or any kind of mess to be seen.

Knapp also wrote in a post on Instagram, "That bastard will rot in f**king hell I have video of that scum of the earth I watched him kill and I would have gladly died to stop him. This man was scum nothing less killing women and men alike. I wish you are damned in hell."

He would have apparently gladly stopped him he says, after he fled. Don't get me wrong, I would not blame someone unarmed from fleeing from gun shots, but this video is highly dubious at best. And the reason I am so suspicious is that the main stream media is presenting it as verified evidence.

Ian David Long, the accused gunman who killed 12 people at a country music bar, posted on social media during the deadly rampage, according to law enforcement officials. Now doesn't anyone find that just a little bit strange? Does it also not seem strange that the media has never even wondered if someone else was using his account?

The first call to law enforcement came in at 11:19 p.m. Wednesday, officials said. The authorities arrived at the Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks, California, three minutes later. They entered the building at 11:25 p.m

Long, 28, first posted on Instagram at 11:24 p.m:

"It's too bad I won't get to see all the illogical and pathetic reasons people will put in my mouth as to why I did it," the military veteran said in the post. "Fact is I had no reason to do it, and I just thought....(expletive), life is boring so why not?" Long posted, according to ABC News and Buzzfeed.

Three minutes later Long posted, "I hope people call me insane (two smiley face emojiis) would that just be a big ball of irony? Yeah... I'm insane, but the only thing you people do after these shootings is 'hopes and prayers'...or 'keep you in my thoughts'."
He added, "Every time...and wonder why these keep happening... --(two smiley face emojis)."
Long ended the killing spree by taking his own life.
