WASHINGTON - The San Francisco
Superior Court has awarded former Congressman Pete McCloskey, R-California,
a $150,000 court judgment against the Anti-Defamation League (ADL).
McCloskey, the attorney in the case, represented one of three civil lawsuits
filed in San Francisco against the ADL in 1993. The lawsuit came after
raids were made by the San Francisco Police Department and the FBI on
offices of the ADL in both San Francisco and Los Angeles, which found
that the ADL was engaged in extensive domestic spying operations on a
vast number of individuals and institutions around the country.
During the course of the inquiry in San Francisco, the SFPD and FBI determined
the ADL had computerized files on nearly 10,000 people across the country,
and that more than 75 percent of the information had been illegally obtained
from police, FBI files and state drivers, license data banks.
Much of the stolen information had been provided by Tom Gerard of the San
Francisco Police Department, who sold, or gave, the information to Ray
Bullock, ADL,s top undercover operative.
The investigation also determined that the ADL conduit, Gerard, was also
working with the CIA.
Two other similar suits against ADL were settled some years ago, and the
ADL was found guilty in both cases, but the McCloskey suit continued to
drag through the courts until last month.
In the McCloskey case, the ADL agreed to pay (from its annual multi-million
budget) $50,000 to each of the three plaintiffs - Jeffrey Blankfort, Steve
Zeltzer and Anne Poirier - who continued to press charges against the
ADL, despite a continuing series of judicial roadblocks that forced 14
of the original defendants to withdraw. Another two died during the proceedings.
The ADL, which calls itself a civil rights group, continued to claim it
did nothing wrong in monitoring their activities. Although the ADL presents
itself as a group that defends the interests of Jews, two of three ADL
victims are Jewish.
Blankfort and Zeltzer were targeted by the ADL because they were critical
of Israel,s policies toward the Palestinians.
The third ADL victim in the McCloskey case, Poirier, was not involved in
any activities related to Israel or the Middle East. Poirier ran a scholarship
program for South African exiles who were fighting the apartheid system
in South Africa.
At the time, the ADL worked closely with the then anti-apartheid government
of South Africa, and ADL,s operative Bullock provided ADL with illegally
obtained data on Poirier and her associates to the South African government.
But the conclusion of McCloskey's case does not mean the end to the ADL's
legal problems.
On March 31, 2001, US District Judge Edward Nottingham of Denver, Colorado,
upheld most of a $10.5 million defamation judgment that a federal jury
in Denver had levied against the ADL in April of 2000.
The jury hit the ADL with the massive judgment after finding it had falsely
labeled Evergreen, Colorado residents - William and Dorothy Quigley -
as "anti-Semites." The ADL is appealing the judgment.

An Israeli delegation traveled to the United States this week
for talks on coordinating a joint US-Israeli campaign against the
International Criminal Court, Israeli television reported Friday.
According to Channel 13 News, the Israeli team landed in
Washington on Thursday and was led by Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz,
the cabinet member in charge of Israel’s efforts to counter a potential
ICC investigation into alleged war crimes in the West Bank and Gaza
Strip.
An Israeli official told the network the trip was timed to coincide
with the ICC’s approval on Thursday of a war crimes probe in
Afghanistan, as American anger over the decision, would underline that
both the US and Israel have a common interest in opposing the court.
Steinitz, who was accompanied by Deputy National Security Adviser
Reuven Azar, reportedly met with officials at the White House, State
Department and Congress. An Israeli official said some of the meetings
were with Democratic lawmakers, as Israel wants bipartisan backing
against the court.
“The US has a lot of influence over the countries of the world
and we want them to also put pressure on our matter when they are
putting pressure on their matter and integrate us into their campaign,”
the official said.

Fatou Bensouda, the ICC’s chief prosecutor, announced in December she
had concluded her half-decade long preliminary examination of the
“situation in Palestine” and has “reasonable basis to believe that war
crimes were committed” by the Israel Defense Forces, Hamas and other
“Palestinian armed groups.”
At the same time, she acknowledged that The Hague may not have the jurisdiction to deal with Israel/Palestine. Hence, she asked for a
ruling by three ICC judges to determine the scope of the court’s territorial jurisdiction.
The prosecutor herself believes “Palestine,” which acceded to the
Rome Statute, the court’s foundational document, in early 2015, is
enough of a state for the purposes of transferring criminal jurisdiction
over its territory to the court.
Israel has long argued that the ICC lacks jurisdiction over the
case because there is no sovereign Palestinian state that could delegate
to the court criminal jurisdiction over its territory and nationals.
It is now up to a so-called pre-trial chamber to rule on the
matter. The three judges of this chamber — Péter Kovács of Hungary, Marc
Perrin de Brichambaut of France and Reine Adélaïde Sophie
Alapini-Gansou of Benin — invited “Palestine, Israel, and victims in the situation in the State of Palestine, to submit written observations” on
the matter by March 16.
Germany, Australia, Austria, Brazil, the Czech Republic, Hungary
and Uganda have submitted written documents to the court, each asking to
become an amicus curiae — a “friend of the court” that is not a party to
the case but wants to offer its views. They all posited that Palestine
cannot transfer criminal jurisdiction over its territory to the ICC.
Not a single country filed a request to argue the opposite.
The ICC probe in Afghanistan will include investigations of war
crimes and crimes against humanity allegedly committed by Afghan
government forces, the Taliban, American troops and US foreign
intelligence operatives.
The appellate ruling marked the first time the court’s prosecutor has
been cleared to investigate US forces, and set the global tribunal on a
collision course with the Trump administration.
Bensouda pledged to carry out an independent and impartial
investigation and called for full support and cooperation from all
parties.
Washington, which has long rejected the court’s jurisdiction and
refuses to cooperate with it, condemned the decision while human rights
groups and lawyers for victims applauded it.
“This is a truly breathtaking action by an unaccountable political
institution masquerading as a legal body,” US Secretary of State Mike
Pompeo said at a State Department briefing. “It is all the more reckless
for this ruling to come just days after the United States signed a
historic peace deal on Afghanistan, which is the best chance for peace
in a generation.”
Though an investigation has been authorized, the prospect of suspects appearing in court in The Hague any time soon remains dim. Like the

In 1977 chair of the House of Representatives subcommittee on Energy and PowerJohn D. Dingellrequested an investigation to determine whether weapons grade uranium had been illegally diverted from the US into a clandestine Israeli nuclear weapons program.
In the early 1960s, the Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) began documenting suspicious lapses in security at the Nuclear Materials and Equipment Corporation (NUMEC) in Pennsylvania. In 1965 an Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) audit found that NUMEC could no longer account for 220 pounds of highly enriched uranium. The amount of missing uranium could "make at least four or five nuclear weapons" according to the report.In 1966 the FBI opened an investigation code-named DIVERT and began monitoring NUMEC's management and large numbers of Israeli visitors. On Sept. 10, 1968, four Israelis visited NUMEC's president to "discuss thermoelectric devices with [Zalman] Shapiro," according to correspondence from NUMEC's security manager seeking official AEC consent for an Israeli visit. Among the approved visitors was Rafael Eitan. After Eitan's visit, 587 pounds of highly enriched uranium was classified as missing.
The GAO investigation was chartered to discover whether:
1. "The material was illegally diverted to Israel by NUMEC management for use in nuclear weapons."
2. "The material was diverted to Israel by NUMEC management with the assistance of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)."
3. "The material was diverted to Israel with the acquiescence of the United States Government."
4. GAO inquired whether "there has been a cover-up of the NUMEC incident by the United States Government."
The GAO officially concluded that the federal efforts to resolve the matter were "less than adequate." GAO charged the FBI "which had the responsibility and authority to investigate the alleged incident, did not focus on the question of a possible nuclear diversion until May 1976, nearly 11 years later." The GAO found other serious lapses in the FBI investigation. "GAO found that certain key individuals had not been contacted by the FBI almost 2 years into the FBI's current investigation."

The new law also would establish the Talmud, the core work of Jewish law, as an official basis for Israeli state law.
"I'm going to personally be involved in the law defining the state of Israel as the nation-state of the Jewish people," Netanyahu reportedly told Vider. "It's a very important law that will influence how Israel will look in the future."
"I want to anchor in this law, that it will be a Basic Law that the state of Israel arose and exists on the basis of the Torah and the Jewish tradition," Netanyahu explained, promising to define the Hebrew calendar as the official state calendar.
Netanyahu also promised that "we will define in the law the Gemara as a basis for the Israeli legal system," referencing the Jewish legal text analyzing the Mishnah, a legal work of the Jewish sages, which together form the Talmud. Many Jews in the Knesset strongly oppose this and do not believe in the Talmud as the authoritative basis of Judaism.
Discussing the new Basic Law on Sunday in a cabinet meeting, Netanyahu stated "the existence of the State of Israel as a Jewish state does not actualize itself enough in our Basic Laws, which is what the proposed law aims to fix.
To the Mishnah the rabbis later added the Gemara (rabbinical commentaries). Together these comprise the Talmud. There are two versions, the Jerusalem Talmud and the Babylonian Talmud.
The Babylonian Talmud is regarded as the authoritative version: “The authority of the Babylonian Talmud is also greater than that of the Jerusalem Talmud. In cases of doubt, the former is decisive.” (R.C. Musaph-Andriesse, From Torah to Kabbalah: A Basic Introduction to the Writings of Judaism, p. 40).

But when you take this information and then look at incidents like the USS Liberty when Israel attacked a US Naval ship..... and let us assume for arguments sake that it was a case of mistaken identity..... but take one detail from that event...and that is that the gunboats blew the life rafts out from under the wounded survivors. And that is what I refer to as the toxic behavior that screams of an unbalanced view of the value of human life. Even the non believing folks who are Jewish by heritage but who are not religious... they too embrace the land ownership concept but based on what? If you compare them to any other civilization that rose and fell and everyone would be treated equally that would mean that any nation who has an ancient racial historical norm could expel anyone else who was not of that "identity". I should be able to return to Sicily and eject any non Sicilian from any property they hold regardless if they bought it or own it or have lived on it legally.... So for those who are not religious Jews who make claim to the land they are just as if not more guilty of theft than the religious.

What a sweetheart deal. After years of funding Israel's defense, including contributing to the Iron Dome system, now we are told that the United States is purchasing the system from Israel. There are stipulations. Such as that at least in part some of the deal has to include companies. But don't count out Israel on that either. They built a US Company to meet this obligation and have a way around the stipulation.
The US Army has informed the Israel Ministry of Defense of its decision to buy anti-missile batteries Iron Dome (“Iron Dome” or “Kipat Barzel”, in Hebrew), for the immediate use for its armed forces.
The Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Benjamin Netanyahu, said that it is “a great achievement for Israel, and another expression of the strengthening of our alliance with the United States. The US Army explained in a statement that the purchase of the Israeli Iron Dome anti-missile battery is to “meet their short-term needs.”
The US Army press release states that the anti-missile system that Israel has been using since 2011 “has shown effectiveness in combat” and will be deployed to protect US soldiers abroad.
The Iron Dome anti-missile battery “will be tested as a defense system for US military forces deployed against a wide range of ballistic and air threats, and will be tested in the long term as part of a series of possible responses by the US military to aerial threats, “said the Ministry of Defense in Tel Aviv.
The company Rafael is the main contractor to develop and manufacture the system; Elta, a division and subsidiary of the Israel Aerospace Industry (IAI), is responsible for the development and manufacture of the MMR radar, and mPrest provides the command and control system.
As reported in the Military Times - General James "Mad Dog" Mattis is out, and Blackwater Private Mercenary Force says "We are Coming". Eric Prince has repeatedly advocated for the privatization of operations in Afghanistan and surrounding areas. The US Military must operate under the Uniform Code of Military Justice as well as make itself transparent. With BiBi Netanyau selling US Technology to China and Russia working in lock step the Belt and Road initiative appears to have gotten a private corporate fascistic boost in the arm.
A CHILDREN’S SPEECH PATHOLOGIST who has worked for the last nine years with developmentally disabled, autistic, and speech-impaired elementary school students in Austin, Texas, has been told that she can no longer work with the public school district, after she refused to sign an oath vowing that she “does not” and “will not” engage in a boycott of Israel or “otherwise tak[e] any action that is intended to inflict economic harm” on that foreign nation. A lawsuit on her behalf was filed early Monday morning in a federal court in the Western District of Texas, alleging a violation of her First Amendment right of free speech.

JEWISH RIGHT-WING UNDERGROUND MOVEMENT
What is reported as "Right Wing" is only the right wing of the Communists. This has mentally trapped more American conservatives into supporting outright Bolshevik Communists for decades.
Irgun Zvai Leumi, (Hebrew: National Military Organization)byname Etzel, Jewish right-wing underground movement in Palestine, founded in 1931. At first supported by many nonsocialist Zionist parties, (but that didn't last long since Israel required massive redistribution of American wealth and was founded by Bolshevik Communists) in opposition to the Haganah, it became in 1936 an instrument of the Revisionist Party, an extreme nationalist group that had seceded from the World Zionist Organization and whose policies called for the use of force, if necessary, to establish a Jewish state on both sides of the Jordan.
Irgun committed acts of terrorism and assassination against the British, whom it regarded as illegal occupiers, (which is laughable as they stole and occupied land from others) and it was also violently anti-Arab. Irgun participated in the organization of illegal immigration into Palestine after the publication of the British White Paper on Palestine (1939), which severely limited immigration. Irgun’s violent activities led to execution of many of its members by the British; in retaliation, Irgun executed British army hostages.
Irgun’s members were extremely disciplined and daring, and their actions included the capture of ʿAkko (Acre) prison, a medieval fortress that not even Napoleon had succeeded in capturing. In the last days of the British mandate, it captured a large part of the city of Yafo (Jaffa).
On July 22, 1946, in a FALSE FLAG ATTACK to BLAME ARABS and INCITE HATRED Irgun blew up a wing of the King David Hotel in Jerusalem, killing 91 soldiers and civilians (British, Arab, and Jewish). On April 9, 1947, a group of Irgun commandos raided the Arab village of Dayr Yāsīn (modern Kefar Shaʾul), killing about 100 of its inhabitants. This is known as the Lavon Affair or Operation Susannah
After the creation of Israel in 1948 Irgun’s last units disbanded and took the oath of loyalty to the Israel Defense Forces on September 1, 1948. Politically, it was the precursor of the Ḥerut (Freedom) Party, one of Israel’s most militant right-wing (but still Bolshevik groups), which later merged with the Liberals into the Gaḥal Party.
