Just when I thought I had been creeped out all I could for a week, along comes Alan Dershowitz again to make sure we remain sufficiently disgusted and extra creeped out.

Below is a recap of the past week or so in the life of Alan Dershowitz, the attorney and TV pundit who stands accused of having sex with two of billionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged under age trafficking victims at his direction:
First, in an op-ed in Newsmaxon July 17, Dershowitz publicly condemns an imminent New Yorker “hit piece” about him and his connection to Epstein, claiming that it’s full of lies. A week and a half later, the piece comes out, with both of his accusers, Virginia Roberts Giuffre and Sarah Ransome, going on the record about their experiences with Dershowitz. The article also reveals that he has a history of smearing rape victims in the press, of strangely fixating on men accused of rape in his law school classes, and of arguing to lower the age of consent to 15.
In response, Dershowitz decides … to tweet more about that last topic. No we sh!t you not!!!
Dershowitz seems to have forgotten that he suggested in his 1997 op-ed unearthed by the New Yorker that the age of consent be lowered to 15, not 16. In fact, at the time, he wrote emphatically, “It certainly should not be as high as 17 or 16.”
Despite his decision to add a year to that original number, he apparently still thought it was a good time to double down on his views. As in the op-ed, he repeated a faulty analogy comparing statutory rape laws and the constitutional right to abortion, as if they contradict each other.
This is what we might call a prime example of the fallacy that one can successfully “post through it.” Consider this a PSA that a Twitter meltdown is never a good idea, especially if you’re being sued for defamation by multiple people.

At least ten bills are working their way through the California state legislature that would expand the state’s “red flag” law, according to the Los Angeles Times. The bills would, among other things, expand the list of people who could request gun confiscation orders and extend the duration of the orders from one to five years. We have truly entered dangerous waters. American states are one by one becoming little Communitarian / Bolshevik strongholds.
California Gov. Gavin Newsom is ready and willing to sign whatever gun confiscation schemes the legislature cooks up.
The governor signaled his support at a press conference touting the new ammunition background check law set to take effect July 1. He said he hoped a number of legislative efforts “to expand the scope of the red flag laws” would get to his desk. “I expect they will be supported overwhelmingly upstairs,” he added, referring to the legislature.
Of the ten bills that would expand and/or modify the state’s red flag law, two have the most serious potential to affect California gun owners. AB-61, introduced by Assembly Members Philip Ting, Al Muratsuchi, and Eloise Gómez Reyez, would expand the list of people authorized to ask a judge for a gun confiscation order.
Under current state law, an immediate family member or a law enforcement officer can request a judge to confiscate a person’s firearms if there is a “substantial likelihood” that the person poses an immediate danger to self or others. AB-61 would further allow an employer or a coworker who has “substantial and regular interactions with the person and approval of their employer” to request the order. It would also permit an employee or teacher of a secondary or postsecondary school, with approval of the school administration staff, to request a student’s firearms be removed, provided the student has been attending the school for at least six months. This is reminiscent of the Soviet Union. In Bolshevik Russia the citizens were used as weapons of the state in a similar campaign as if you “see something say something” style. Citizens in Bolshevik Russia would also use the state as a weapon against people who they had issues with or did not like. They would use this process to get even. And the government did not mind this as it kept everyone divided, controlled and in fear of government. In other words misuse of the process still served government interests.
The second bill, AB-12, would expand the maximum length of a gun confiscation order from one year to five years. In determining the duration of the order, the court would consider how long a person is “likely to continue” to be a danger to self or others. The bill allows the person under the order to request every year that the order be lifted, but they must prove that there is “no longer clear and convincing evidence” that they present a danger.
Other bills affecting red flag laws would require police departments to standardize their gun confiscation procedures and allow gun owners to voluntarily surrender their firearms to a court.
News of the expanded red flag laws comes the same week that California gun owners will be required to pass a background check for ammunition purchases.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Microsoft Corp agreed on Monday to pay about $25.3 million, including a criminal fine, to settle U.S. charges it made improper payments that were used to bribe government officials in Hungary and other countries. No one apparently gets jail time.
The U.S. Department of Justice said Microsoft Hungary will pay the $8.75 million criminal fine, as part of a three-year non-prosecution agreement in which it “admits, accepts and acknowledges” responsibility for employees’ misconduct.
Microsoft also agreed to pay nearly $16.6 million to settle related civil charges by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission over its activities in Hungary, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and Turkey, without admitting wrongdoing.
Both settlements resolved charges that Microsoft violated the federal Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, after the Redmond, Washington-based company failed to properly account for the improper payments in its records.
In an email to employees, Microsoft President Brad Smith said the settlements “involved employee misconduct that was completely unacceptable,” and said the “small number” of employees involved in Hungary were no longer with the company.
“There is no room for compromise when it comes to ethical business practices,” Smith said in the email’s subject line.
Prosecutors said the Hungarian scheme generated at least $14.6 million of improper profit for Microsoft between 2013 and 2015, in connection with the sale of software licenses to Hungarian government agencies.
Executives and employees at Microsoft Hungary, which is based in Budapest, were accused of falsely telling Microsoft that steep discounts were needed to complete the transactions.
Prosecutors said the savings should have gone to customers, but were instead used by intermediary resellers in part to pay bribes to government officials, with Microsoft recording the discounts as legitimate business expenses.
The SEC accord also resolved charges over improper travel and gifts to officials in Saudi Arabia and Thailand through “slush funds” maintained by third parties, and an unexplained discount on a transaction involving Microsoft’s Turkish unit.
“We will hold subsidiaries and, where appropriate, the parent corporations accountable wherever FCPA violations occur,” U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman in Manhattan said in a statement.

While life is always going to throw us a curve ball, and crazy people are being made even crazier via an all out assault on everything and anything natural or normal, the one thing we all could do to assure that the least amount of casualties would occur from the result of an alleged crazy or bad person with a gun, is for all of us normal folks to be well regulated (with arms in food and well kept working order and sufficient and well cared for ammunition - arms kept in good and well maintained working order) and always vigilantly armed and ready, relaxed but prepared for whatever life throws your way.
You want to empower women? Arm them. There is no greater force equalizer and empowerment tool than arms.
You can’t be there to keep an eye on your elderly mom and dad? Arm them and when you do have time, take them to the range for practice. Even old folks with fuzzy memory recall can train for muscle memory.
You want to go to a festival where you know large groups of people will be? Arm yourself. If the festival or event does not allow it, DONT GO. Your life and well being are worth more than a concert.
Folks, police have no duty or obligation to protect you. The Supreme Court has ruled on this several times now. Any politician or good ole “law abiding citizen” who believe in the “serve and protect” propaganda are likely older and lived through times where the police were more like Andy Griffith and less like Universal Soldier. They likely have also never been the victim of a violent crime in which their life or bodily safety were threatened or damaged only to find out that the police are there after the most emergent of situations has already occurred.
I was walking down an urban street in NJ one night many years ago. Carrying a gun there was illegal and I obeyed the law. There was something else illegal there and then too. Armed robbery with a baseball bat and 3 thugs. But they didn’t care about the law as much as I did at the time. I was struck in the back, from behind as the other 2 blocked my forward motion. I went down, my spine was so swollen but thank God not broken, that to get help I had to drag myself down the sidewalk to an open store. I couldn’t move my legs and I thought I was paralyzed for life. That injury now in conjunction with Lyme Disease has me just about crippled. I am in intense pain every day of my life, and I only had about 40 bucks on me. And the truth is with those odds 3 against 1 and one with a deadly weapon, I would have handed over the money. My life and health was worth more than 40 dollars to me. But I was robbed of my health and also sentenced to a life time of torture via the pain.
I blame politicians even more than the perpetrators. The guys who robbed me, even though they are lowlife scumbags, would have had no power over me, and no ability to harm or to rob me if it hadn’t been for politicians intentionally and directly interfering with my God given right to protect myself. People who are surrounded by armed guards and affluence, who only see the bad city streets through the windows of their limos when they campaign, are the ones who are responsible for a life time of misery and pain. Please don’t let them do to you what they did to me.

(RTR TRUTH MEDIA) — An Ultra Orthodox Talmudic Jewish woman has been tapped to head the National Security Agency’s new Cybersecurity Directorate.
Anne Neuberger of Baltimore has worked at the NSA for the past decade. She helped establish the U.S. Cyber Command and worked as chief risk officer, where she led the agency’s election security efforts for the 2018 midterms. She currently is an assistant deputy director the agency.
She previously was the deputy chief management officer at the U.S. Navy and worked for the secretary of defense.
Neuberger, 43, also known as Chani, is from the heavily Jewish Brooklyn, New York, neighborhood of Borough Park, where she attended the Bais Yaakov Jewish day school for girls, according to the Yeshiva World News. She is a graduate of Touro College in New York and Columbia business school, and worked in the White House Fellows program.
I for one am obviously concerned with this appointment, not because I do not believe Neuberger is capable, or lacks the capacity to handle the post, but due to obvious reasons to those who are intimately familiar with the Zionist movement and the tenets of the movement. It was Theodore Herzl essentially the equivalent to the Israeli State as George Washington is to America, who said that it was “pointless for a Zionist to be a Patriot in their host nation” as the entire basis for the World Zionist Movement was Israel first, Israel right or wrong as Miss Shaloni the former education minister said on “Democracy Now”. She also said that the labeling of those who criticize Israel or any of these facts with the term or slander of name calling someone as “antiSemitic” as a trick that they use to silence said criticism.
It has not just been one lone voice that has made this truth known. Victor Osteovsky, a former Mossad agent also made this tactic known clearly and truthfully. I have a lot of respect for especially Jews who have or who still hold positions within the state or their community who come forward with honesty and integrity.
And I know that people are not used to people calling these issues into question. Matters of “dual loyalty” and the ideological beliefs of those of not only the Ultra Orthodox Talmudic Jewish faith, but of political Zionism which is the fundamental religiously based belief that the Jews are God’s chosen people and that he promised them the land and or real estate of Israel, the boundaries of which are often described by the Yinon plan or known as “the Greater Israel Project”. As a student of comparative religion I do find some validity or original Biblical basis to this belief system, at least as it was prior to the Biblical period known as the period that Israel broke from the covenant of God, disobeyed God and therefore was punished to be dispersed among the nations until such time as the Mosiach returns and the Messianic Era begins. The reason I bring this up is that since 1948 many Jewish Bolsheviks were relocated to Palestine at at that time through a British Mandate which some, in fact many say had no authority to grant Palestine to these emigres 80% of which between 1946-48 were from the Black Seaports in Russia, and to displace the population that was already living there for many generations.
The reason I bring this up is that this foreign belief system to the American founding that was a Constitutional and predominantly Christian nation in belief, and a Christian Republic by legal framework, and the traditional understanding of Talmudic Judaism was that it was and is an anti-Christian faith. This is according to many sources within the Talmud but also in Law 1 of the Noahide Laws which state that Isolotry is forbidden. The punishment for this is death by decapitation once the Messianic Era begins according to some Ultra Orthodox Rabbis. Please be advised that far from all Jews know about this. Many who would likely still stand with their religious leaders but whom are either non observant or moderately so when I have shared this information with them, they appeared genuinely shocked. But I consider them similar to many Catholics who are so culturally, but whom are not really religious or practicing. I do believe that the majority of Orthodox Rabbinical Talmudic Rabbis absolutely know these things. And as we see they are always stepping up the pressure on people like Netanyahu for him to “take action” and do all he can to pave the way so that the Mosiach will return.

I would like to think that everyone who is an American citizen would put the best interest of America first, and that they would never violate the tenets of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights, but as of right now there are American politicians with absolutely no foreign entangling allegiance known to me who are actively and openly in direct contradiction with these tenets they swore to preserve protect and defend. I’ve listened to their attempt at articulating their rationale’ in their excuse for doing so. Some have said, “it is my constituents who have elected me and therefore my responsibility to see their will honored. The problem with that explanation though is that their 1st obligation is to the Constitution / Bill of Rights, and then to their constituents and only if what their people seek comports with it. I can only hope that Ms. Neuberger understands this moral responsibility and can put her Zionist loyalties as well as the Talmudic teachings that clearly state that all non-Jews are not equal to God’s chosen people. This is a religious ideological supremacism that in no way can be held while serving in any capacity in American government.
As for her history working for the US Government all I know is what we recently have been told and that she is extremely capable of her assignment.
Neuberger told The Wall Street Journal that the directorate will more actively use signals intelligence gleaned from expanded operations against adversaries. As part of its mission, the directorate will work to protect the U.S. from foreign threats by sharing insight into specific cyber threats with other federal agencies as well as the private sector.
I would be curious to know what if any involvement, training, association with, or former joint assignments Neuberger has had with Unit 8200 or the Talpiot program. Israeli cyber security according to Benjamin Netanyahu is rapidly dominating the world market and the American tech companies, such as Amazon and Microsoft, as well as Facebook which has long been suspected of being one of the most massive intelligence and data gathering operations the world has ever seen mass spread across the globe, and they are all opening locations in Israel if they have not already.
Neuberger will be one of the highest-ranking women at the NSA since Ann Caracristi was named deputy director in 1980, according to the newspaper. Neuberger will report to the agency’s head, Gen. Paul Nakasone.

RTR Truth Media (Portland) - A couple who attended a local park for some recreation were warned by police to avoid a homeless couple who police informed them had been some trouble in the past. Apparently there were no warrants nor any infractions of the law that the police were able to enforce.
Some hours later the homeless man apparently emotionally snapped and assaulted the couple with a baton and threw one of them, the female, on the rocks of the beach.
The man was arrested, charged and convicted. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison.
But now the couple is suing the city and the police because they say the homeless couple was “illegally camping” and that the police “failed to protect them”.
As many people know several cities in Oregon have a regular homeless population and as they have tried many methods to alleviate this problem, several cities have relaxed their rules regarding enforcement. Frankly, I for one don’t really have an idea what they would do if they had not as there seems to be few places equipped with handling the problem. Portland especially seems to attract homeless individuals many say because the city is friendly and sympathetic to their situations.
The real issue here, and what this couple apparently do not realize is that the US Supreme Court has ruled on this type of case many times before. In fact, the court has ruled in far more serious cases that law enforcement officers have no duty nor obligation to protect you or me. That does not mean a police officer will never protect an individual, it simply means that the logo on the sides of many police cars is little more than propaganda and at best a public relations gimmick. There is one other distinct possibility. And that is that municipal state and federal law enforcement do have an obligation to serve and protect. Serve and protect what you may ask? To serve and protect the government corporation.
Even if there had been a law that these officers failed to enforce, as we saw in Florida at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, the officer who failed to enter the building and engage the armed suspect, the Supreme Court ruled that neither the County of Browaed nor the officer was liable as he had no duty to protect someone not in custody. So in fact, officers have a duty and obligation to protect only the lawbreakers whom they place under arrest.
We can also analyze the “failure to enforce the law” claim that this Oregonian couple are standing on. Well, in the situation with the Parkland case, there had been many contacts with Nicholas Cruz the alleged lone gunman, by law enforcement. Several of these contacts or reports were in fact considered violent or felonious. But in our assessment and after reviewing the evidence as well as whistleblower testimony from Palm Beach County Sheriffs whom were deposed, the Obama era Cultural Marxist based PROMISE Federal grant program provided federal money to these departments for reducing the school to prison pipeline of “marginalized students” (that means non white students) and to reduce criminal statistics by employing programs and measures to intercede. What was revealed and was occurring in both Miami Dads as well as Broward County was that officers were told on several occasions to not arrest these students and if found with contraband or stolen property, to log said items into evidence as “found property”. This did reduce the appearance and statistics of criminal activity, but it was not long before drug dealers and older criminals became wise to this and used younger folks more and more to do the trafficking etc. Well one would think that all of that activity and failure to intercede in Nicholas Cruz’ life would be considered failing to make an arrest which in the same although less serious case of the Portland couple, the Supreme Court still found no culpability upon the county or the department as there was no duty nor obligation Constitutiobally or legally binding to protect an individual not in custody.
I hope the public is learning just how screwed up the government as well as law enforcement has become in America. And after 150 or so years of American law enforcement history, for this to remain unfixed and a continuing issue is insane. Politicians are the first to make the claim that we don’t need guns for self defense because that is what the police are for. But the one thing you can take away from this report, is that they are at best idiots and oblivious, but I suspect the worst in this, which is that they know that they are lying and that it is not the job of police to protect anyone. Perhaps they have a duty or obligation to protect a governor, or a public official as they are an agent of government. Maybe that falls within the “to serve and protect the corporate government, its assets, and its functionality. I’m not really sure. But I do know that there should be repercussions for politicians who bald faced lie to the public while moving further and further to disarm them.
We at RTR are very skeptical when it comes to the main stream corporate media, but out of all of those who report, there are a few who actually shock me that they are allowed to still be broadcast. The one at the top of that list is Tucker Carlson of Fox News. Let me be clear, I do not agree with him on a few key issues. I am not giving Trump a pass for his violation of the 2nd Amendment or the actual real collusion issue that threatens our national security which is our relationship to the foreign Rothschild Zionist State of Israel. But from the Russian collusion hoax to Iraqi WMD's and the stoking of wars by PNAC, some of the grandest lies have caused the deaths of Americans as well as civilians in foreign nations. Perpetrated by left and right. And now the continued nothinberger and liberal pundits like Pelosi and Schiff and many many more who bald face lie to cameras stoking the disinformation as many Americans apparently unable to reject what they would rather believe, embrace these lies as opposed to being able to critically think. It is sad but many fall for it.
If there ever was election tampering it comes from these lies. And it is long passed time the liars put up, or are forced to leave DC never to return. In this episode Tucker makes that argument. They should have to "go to Camden NJ" and scrub hotels for 20 years as penance for the lies they tell. Lies are not free speech. Lies intentionally delivered is subversion. America, until these lies stop government nullifies any legitimacy or authority it had. I will not respect or abide by the laws created by lawmakers who boldly and provably lie while looking all of us right in the face.
RTR TRUTH MEDIA - Tom Lacovara-Stewart - Las Vegas police arrested a man for selling bottled water without a license as witnesses recorded. God forbid a man trying to provide for his family attempt to earn a few dollars in an honorable way while providing much needed hydration in Nevada in triple digit temperatures. So much for Life Liberty and the pursuit of happiness *terms and conditions may apply.
A man selling cold bottled water to thirsty tourists on a triple-digit summer day in Las Vegas was placed in a choke-hold by Las Vegas police who apparently were cracking down on unlicensed street vendors. All too often we have repeatedly seen police shutting down kids lemonade stands or harassing non-violent peaceful people who are not bothering anyone, nor are a threat to anyone.
At this point I don't give a damn what licensing requirements the city has to conduct "vending". America has a homeless problem. There are people struggling. When a man takes the time to engage in something like getting a cooler and ice and water and offers it to people based on a voluntary exchange between two parties, it's time for the government to go to hell. Government is supposed to exist to preserve and protect our rights 1st and foremost, and when government becomes destructive to those purposes by which it was empowered, it is the right, and the duty to abolish it, replace it, or do simply govern one's self in peace and tranquility. I for one am sick of these revenue generating municipal corporations who pretend to serve the people while fleecing them and oppressing them.
"I can't breathe" the man wheezes as one cop tightens the choke-hold around his neck. But the cop only tells him to "quit resisting."
"Saying he is resisting won't make him be resisting," says a witness as the cops continues repeating the mindless phrase.
"We're watching you."
The man does not resist throughout the video but the cops continue to tell him not to resist. To be fair, the video begins after this seemingly non-violent man who appeared to not be resisting was already accosted. But all reports from those on the scene state that the man at no time posed any threat to law enforcement.
"You're the only one that committed a crime," another witness tells the cops.
The video was posted to Facebook Friday with the following description:
This video is someone I know. Jimmy Williams was exercising his right to support himself and/or his family. He was selling water in Las Vegas on a hot day. Do you still think you are free? Do you still think Police are your friends? This is what promoters, water sellers, smut peddlers etc go through everyday on the Las Vegas Strip trying to make a living and trying to put smiles on peoples faces. You have the right to pursue happiness. Whatever that is do it as long as ye harm no one. The police are nothing but a domestic terrorist organization. More people need to wake up. Its not easy. Waking up is hard to do especially when you have been indoctrinated. Rebirth is relearning what you have been taught. Life is not butterflies and crayons. Its not going to be pretty. Its going to a long lonely road but I for one would rather die standing up than to comply. Tis better to burn out than it is to fade cause rust never sleeps.
"They need to train these guys," one woman exclaims but the video shows they are doing exactly as they are trained. From the choke-hold to the knee on the back, they are only trained in how to control people whether they need to be controlled or not.
The video ends with the handcuffed man laying face down in a puddle of water from his own cooler yelling out his phone number to notify his friends or family that he has been arrested.
Personally I believe that these officers should be strung up by their testicles and any and all of their superiors who condone this abhorrent behavior should be tarred and feathered and placed in stocks in the public square. Do I sound radical? Well perhaps so. But when you witness armed thugs wearing the stars and stripes brutalizing a man for selling water to make ends meet and you don't have this reaction, then there is something seriously wrong with you. This has to stop. And I may be a tad blunt in this article, but I am sick of seeing authoritarian scumbags parading around as if they were totalitarian Bolshevik change agents and revenue generators.
My best friend is a cop. He said "just because a law exists does not mean you need to enforce it, I am a peace officer... The only time I enforce a law is when there is a breach of the peace. I'm not going to give a man a ticket for drinking in public if he is doing so casually without causing trouble or influencing kids to do so. I'm only going to enforce that law that exists for me to use if I need keep the peace and tranquility of my town."
Guess who has been harassed and nearly forced out of police work? My best friend. This is a rising and continuing problem. The good guys are forced out, while the order following thug patrol who are afraid of their own shadows are kept.
