A local to Bunkerville Nevada approached me with information regarding his neighbor - a Fed Ex driver who had been stopped by the Federal Bureau of Investigation seeking to inspect his logs to obtain information of what they said was alleged "illegal ammunition" that was delivered to the Bundy Ranch. As the Ranch was receiving thousands of packages and the head of security was Booda... I took it to him. He told me not to worry about it, and he never investigated. As the son of a Judge I knew that if the package was signed for it could be grounds for a raid having nothing to do with the cattle operation and even potentially involve the ATF. We all know how that has turned out in the past. I became persistent to investigate the matter and Booda had me escorted off the ranch at gunpoint. I did not give up. I made it known that we knew, and I went and got the local and brought him directly to Cliven. At that time forward I stayed in the yard until departing back home. This is the testimony from that local.
THE U.S. GOVERNMENT can monitor journalists under a foreign intelligence law that allows invasive spying and operates outside the traditional court system, according to newly released documents.
Targeting members of the press under the law, known as the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, requires approval from the Justice Department’s highest-ranking officials, the documents show.
In two 2015 memos for the FBI, the attorney general spells out “procedures for processing Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act applications targeting known media entities or known members of the media.” The guidelines say the attorney general, the deputy attorney general, or their delegate must sign off before the bureau can bring an application to the secretive panel of judges who approves monitoring under the 1978 act, which governs intelligence-related wiretapping and other surveillance carried out domestically and against U.S. persons abroad.
The high level of supervision points to the controversy around targeting members of the media at all. Prior to the release of these documents, little was known about the use of FISA court orders against journalists. Previous attention had been focused on the use of National Security Letters against members of the press; the letters are administrative orders with which the FBI can obtain certain phone and financial records without a judge’s oversight. FISA court orders can authorize much more invasive searches and collection, including the content of communications, and do so through hearings conducted in secret and outside the sort of adversarial judicial process that allows journalists and other targets of regular criminal warrants to eventually challenge their validity.
“This is a huge surprise,” said Victoria Baranetsky, general counsel with the Center for Investigative Reporting, previously of Reporters Committee for the Freedom of the Press. “It makes me wonder, what other rules are out there, and how have these rules been applied? BUSTED: Parents Catch FBI in Plot to Force Mentally Ill Son to Be a Right Wing Terrorist
The parents of a severely mentally disabled man are speaking out on how the FBI groomed him as a right wing terrorist, knowing he's paranoid schizophrenic.
It’s become a near-weekly occurrence. Somewhere in some state, the FBI will announce that they’ve foiled yet another terrorist plot and saved lives. However, as the data shows, the majority of these cases involve psychologically diminished patsies who’ve been entirely groomed, armed, and entrapped by FBI agents. Simply put, the FBI manufactures terror threats and then takes credit for stopping them.
While many of these cases have garnered attention and been exposed in the alternative media, a recent case out of Oklahoma sets a new low for FBI and exposes how insidious these plots can be.
Through the hundreds of ‘foiled terror plots’ the FBI has ‘busted’ over the years, many of them have been focused on people of Middle Eastern descent or people associated with ISIS or Al Qaeda. This time, in the case of Jerry Drake Varnell, the 23-year-old diagnosed schizophrenic, accused of attempting to bomb a bank, the FBI fomented terror from a right wing dialogue.
In a June meeting with the agent, according to FBI documents, Varnell described himself as a believer in “Three Percenter” ideology, a right wing group claiming to be committed to standing against and exposing corruption and injustice.
According to federal documents, Varnell drove what he believed was a stolen van containing a 1,000-pound ammonium nitrate bomb on Saturday morning to blow up an Oklahoma City bank. Vile, indeed.
However, if we backtrack just a bit, to when the FBI began grooming their would-be right wing militia terrorist, the vileness comes directly from the government.
“The FBI knew he was schizophrenic,” Varnell’s parents declared on Wednesday in an open letter bravely published by NewsOK.
“Underneath his condition, he is a sweet-hearted person and we are extremely shocked that this event has happened. However, what truly has us flabbergasted is the fact that the FBI knew he was schizophrenic. The State of Oklahoma found him mentally incompetent and we, his parents have legal guardianship over him by the Court. These documents are sealed from the public, which is why no news media outlet has been able to obtain them. The FBI clearly knew that he was schizophrenic because they have gathered every ounce of information on him.”
Yet they knowingly continued to groom him, despite the clear immoral implications.
When they began grooming him, according to the family, the FBI knew that Varnell was declared mentally unfit to live by himself and that he was a paranoid schizophrenic. Without their criminal informant and the FBI tactics playing mind games with this vulnerable man, the idea of him committing an act of terror would have likely never materialized.
“What the public should be looking at is the fact that the FBI gave our son the means to make this happen. He has no job, no money, no vehicle, and no driver’s license, due to the fact that he is schizophrenic and we; his parents do everything we can possible to keep him safe and functional….. He has suffered through countless serious full-blown schizophrenic delusional episodes and he has been put in numerous mental hospitals since he was 16 years old. The FBI came and picked him up from our home, they gave him a vehicle, gave him a fake bomb, and every means to make this happen none of which he had access to on his own.
The parents noted that during the setup, they suspected something was going on and Jerry’s father told the informant to stay away from their son. However, according to the parents, the informant “continued to sneak onto our residence. The FBI paid him to continue this operation and I believe they have cleared his criminal record.”
Because they knew Varnell had severe mental disabilities, the FBI should have had stopped their plans to do this and immediately sought an option of hospitalization. However, they pressed on.
Knowing a sane person would likely never attempt to blow up a bank, the FBI deliberately targeted a severely delusional and mentally ill person. This is wrong on so many levels. Will the next mass murderer they groom come directly from a mental institution?
“The FBI should have filed conspiracy on our son and had him committed to a mental institution. They should not have aided and abetted a paranoid schizophrenic to commit this act. There are many more facts that I will not make public that will support my son and the disturbing acts made by the FBI.
I realize that many will say my son could have found another person to commit this act. Yet, any person that has access to the materials and the state of mind necessary to bomb a building would not have any need for a schizophrenic who has no resources to contribute.”
Clifford and Melonie Varnell, Jerry’s parents make a powerful point. No one — other than the FBI — would’ve attempted to get a schizophrenic man with nothing to contribute to do their bidding as it would most likely be a futile effort — unless you are the FBI looking for an easy patsy to keep fear alive.
David Steele, a 20-year Marine Corps intelligence officer, the second-highest-ranking civilian in the U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence, and former CIA clandestine services case officer, had this to say about these most unscrupulous operations:

The Federal prosecutors filed a motion to dismiss the superseding indictment against four defendants in the Bunkerville Standoff on Wednesday, February 7th.
Defendants from Tier 2, the final group set for trial, include Dave H. Bundy, Mel D. Bundy, Joseph D. O’shaughnessy, And Jason D. Woods.
The case is, in essence, over for these four men, as the motion specifically asked for the indictment to be dismissed with prejudice. This means there is no chance for the government to come back and attempt to try them for the same charges.
In light of the Judge’s order to dismiss the charges against the previous group of defendants last month, it is expected that Judge Gloria Navarro will grant this motion quickly.
The government did cite their reasoning to include another filing they made today.
The prosecutors filed a ‘Motion To Reconsider Orders Dismissing Indictment With Prejudice’ against the Tier 1 defendants, including Cliven Bundy, his sons Ammon and Ryan, and Activist Ryan Payne.
In this motion, the government admits to the snipers and the cameras:
There has never been any dispute that armed federal officers positioned themselves on public land so they could surveil the Bundy ranch to watch for signs of impending interference with the operation, and that at least for a time, they used a camera to assist with that surveillance.
However, the prosecution does not address the fact that they called these an “Urban Legend” and implied they were a fantasy made up by the defendants. Stating in court that the defendants were on a “fishing expedition”, they made every attempt to hide this evidence from the Court.
Judge Navarro gave the prosecution everything they wanted for months, actually years, until the truth was forced to come out. She ruled against the defendants at every turn. She finally tried to make things right last month when she ruled for the dismissal with prejudice.
The court was correct when it ruled that the prosecution violated the Brady rules multiple times. This seems to be one last-ditch effort on the part of AUSA Steven Myhre and company to save face.
Quite a lot is riding on this indictment for the government, including hundreds of millions of dollars. They must find a way to justify this bad behavior. Let’s hope that Judge Navarro does not fall for their fairy tales once again.
Looks like I'll be headed back to Vegas next week for the latest developments in the Bundy trial. Hoping for another full dismissal with prejudice.

In an exclusive interview with Tom Lacovara-Stewart, Ammon Bundy digs into some of the 302 reports from his discovery to show a deliberate and long term provocation of his father and his family to try and exacerbate and push the situation to a flashpoint by which the BLM could then act upon to get them off their land. I have since standing for the Bundy family in Nevada, and for the plight of the Hammond family and economic terrorism of the people of Oregon, been contacted repeatedly by folks who have asked me to advocate for Shaeffer Cox. I have to be honest. At first I did not know who he was or what his story was all about. I was hesitant before researching all of the facts involved to rise to another cause as I have now lost over a year of my life in a Federal prison for what the progressive policies of Constitutional destruction call an "Interstate Commerce Clause" violation. Of course, in my opinion and that of many more, this is an abuse of the restriction upon government enshrined in the 2nd Amendment. I have no victim. I have not only not harmed anyone, but I have in fact stopped a robbery in the State of New Jersey and also a violent attack against a disabled senior citizen, none of which was or is relevant to the government. But being true to the cause of freedom, and after reviewing all of the facts, I have concluded that to not advocate for Schaeffer, would be a gross act of irresponsibility on my part. I take it from men whom I trust, that Shaeffer was set up, entrapped, and was given a kangaroo style court proceeding that excluded exculpatory evidence that showed a pattern of outright deceitful provocateur-ism on behalf of federal agents.
Similar to my case is the FACT that a known confidential informant placed items in a room she rented, and allowed me to use internet in, while then turning me in to the FBI command post. These FACTS can not be disputed. So I have direct personal experience with this type of behavior, which shows me that the facts in Cox's case is more than plausible. Constitutional Conservatism is what is fully under attack, from progressives, Marxists, and the cult of government religion-ists.

As if the behavior of the Federal authorities had not been bad enough, the local public official, the Fire Chief, in a stunning press conference revealed that he caught FBI agents dressed as militia, at the town armory.
Harney County Sheriff Ward, had "after coordinating with agents, in a press release stated that the "outsiders" were going around intimidating people, pulling out front of their homes and watching them, and otherwise being an all around menace.
