An Arkansas cop was charged with misdemeanor battery this week rather than a far more appropriate charge of aggravated assault for an incident captured on his dashboard camera.
An Arkansas cop was charged with misdemeanor battery this week for fracturing a man's arms during an arrest last year.
The incident was captured on dashcam video and shows North Little Rock police officer Jon Michael Crowder pulling over a man in a blue Hyundai for still-undisclosed reasons, showing the cop ordering the man out at gunpoint.
Crowder then orders the man to place his hands against the car which he tries to do but the cop then asks him if he has any guns, which prompts the man to stop and turn around with his hands still in the air and tell him no.
But that angers the cop where he begins yelling and accusing the man of "not listening" to him but the video shows he was trying to follow his orders. He just didn't realize he was not supposed to stop and face the officer when answering his question.
Another cop pulls up and they handcuff him but then Crowder comes across a set of handcuffs the man was wearing in a case worn on his belt which the cop said made him fear for his life.
"Why do you have handcuffs?" Crowder demands.
"Because I'm f*cking kinky, dude!" the man responds, turning his body sideways to face him, which again angered the cop.
Crowder lifted up the man's handcuffed arms high behind him, causing him to cry out in pain.
"You broke my f*cking arms!"
"You need to stay still, brother!" the cop tells him, even though the man was only trying to answer his question.
“If you move again, I'll have to do what I did before,” Crowder threatens.
“If you would have had a gun or something on you, it’d have gone real south for you."
It's a perfect example of how cops enjoy barking out contradictory orders, which allows them to use the "pain compliance" techniques they've learned in the academy.
The department said it suspended Crowder for 30 days in October after finding he violated internal policies.
The person Crowder arrested was suspected of a felony charge, but a statement by the department didn't say what the person was charged with.
A North Little Rock police spokeswoman said Crowder was currently on paid administrative leave. He’s been an officer with the department since 2002, she said.
Crowder didn’t appear to be an inmate at the county jail, and online court records didn’t list if he has an upcoming court appearance.
The victim's name was not released but police say he was treated at a local hospital for "mildly displaced fractures of the ulna bone in both elbow joints."

SALEM Oregon: Once again Oregon is being assailed by propaganda regarding Governor Kate Brow's favorite boogeymen. The American Patriot. While it is true that we did stand with LaVoy Finicum and Ammon and Ryan Bundy in protest for the plight of the persecuted Hammond family, it was not any militia or any protester who fired an offensive shot. Not one of us killed, or injured anyone. But it was the joint task force of the FBI and Oregon State Police who executed LaVoy Finicum with his hands above his head before being struck multiple times and reaching for his wound. While on the way to go and meet with a sworn peace officer and Grant County Sheriff Glen Palmer and his constituents, to hear what abuses have been ongoing in Harney County adjacent to Grant. LaVoy was killed prior to any conviction and in fact, the case decided by a jury determined that the defendants were all NOT GUILTY of the charges the stop was based upon in premice. Now Kate Brown seeks to use a provision in the State Constitution to send Oregon State Police out to round up the GOP Senators who refuse to make the required quorum to allow the vote to proceed. So there is a law Brown is standing on? Not so fast. The effects of this Bill are certain as they are defined. The result of this passage will, as a result, enrich many who are NOT the people of Oregon while robbing others of their property and their businesses if they seek to choose to follow the letter of their laws so strictly to allow subversion then they must also recognize that the primary purpose of the establishment of =a state government is to protect and preserve natural rights, as well as property rights. Creating a law of which the effect would provably harm these rights violates the primary purpose of government in and of itself. If they passed a law that stated that it was legal to rob a timber company for instance... it would not be able to pass "constitutional muster". And as we all know any law passed by any state or federal legislators that does not comport with the Constitution is null and void - Marbury v. Madison
It is about time that some politicians grew a set and took a stand against oligarchs and communists in Oregon government. It can also be argued that these Socialist policies are the direct result of ideological subversion and as such a designed attack upon the middle class of America and to send the poorest into despair to prime them for mobilization by community organizers to continue with their Communitarian Communist revolution of transformative change. To attempt to use the state Constitution to accomplish this is perverse.
Oregon loggers and small business folks protest the Cap and Trade Bill that will all but certainly destroy what is left of their prosperity.
Now lets fast forward to today. Oregon lawmakers are now essentially at a complete impasse over legislation that would be devastating to rural Oregon communities. "Cap and Trade". A taxation based political solution that not only would see a 40 cent raise per gallon in fuel cost per gallon but also a rise of natural gas by 50%.
After essentially shutting down the majority of its thriving timber industry and after much struggle to attempt to replace it with tourism, etc, this bill would essentially kill the only partial solution that brought with it a shred of economic prosperity. Manufacturing jobs and businesses would be dealt a death blow. In Portland, there would be little effect as compared to the rural areas. The Federal government has made a mess of things in the western states but this isn't the feds this time. It is the result of an authoritarian fascistic neo-Marxist Kate Brown.
In order to prevent this disastrous legislation, the Republicans did the only thing they could do to save their communities and the constituents who elected them - they walked out preventing a quorum. What happened next? The governor ordered the Oregon State Police to go and get em'. I'm dead serious. Armed men to detain and kidnap state legislators over what at beat is a civil issue, not a criminal one.
And what not many people are saying is the hypocrisy is so thick with this that people have forgotten that Democrats have used the same tactic and no Stasi was ever sent to kidnap them. So what happened next was a natural reaction. Patriots from all over Oregon as well as outside offered.... "offered mind you" to protect these lawmakers from being kidnapped by anyone using the color of law or not. Their offer was politely refused as hopefully not reaching that level as of yet... so, some of these Patriotically minded folks decided to stage a protest on Saturday. The lefties came UNGLUED!
First of all the militia only offered to protect the legislators. You know, the so-called "anti-government domestic terrorists like myself they allege who sought to protect whom they considered being rational lawmakers (at least in this situation) from having their rights violated and force used upon them for taking a hard stand. America was founded on hard stands. Some of the Oregon Republicans also felt "rather passionate" about having his rights violated via the State Police. Good for him. I just would like to go on record by saying... we warned everyone that it would be LaVoy today and the rest of you group by group, one by one tomorrow. I don't like being correct about that.
These snowflakes as you listen to them sound off as if a foreign nation were coming to assail the capitol and take it out. And thus Kate Brown's boogeymen were resurrected for the purposes of attempting to muddy the water over the real issue which is that these liberal big government -anti-Constitution Neo Marxist pondscum are destroying especially rural Oregon. The cities are all but lost. The protesters of the ANTIFA variety can chase old men down assaulting them for being part of the white patriarchy and the police stand by and do nothing. But some lawmakers try and peacefully protest the economic destruction of their towns and the Stasi OSP are called out. And then the smear of militia and domestic terror is mentioned over and over again.

As I write this article I am proud to report that the tyranny in Oregon is on hold. For the second time this session, the Republicans in the Senate have walked out of the capitol in Salem away from the insane agenda of the far-left radical majority and their kremlin, Crazy Kate Brown.
After being disrespected, ignored, and just plain dismissed; the Senate Republicans listened to their conscience and their constituents and fled the State of Oregon to deny the nut jobs a quorum. The out of control left have been passing their ideology based illegal laws at the speed of sound, with no virtue or morals to slow them down.
The only reason we have government is to protect our property, which includes our RIGHTS. What we have gotten this session is plunder upon plunder. Oregon now has rent control, which will only increase homelessness and dependency on government while it turns our state into a ghetto.
On another record year for revenue, we got a business-killing hidden sales tax in a state that is already among the highest-taxed per capita. They tried to pass the worst gun laws in the US as well as mandatory vaccines, but that was killed to get the Senate Republicans back to the table the last time they walked out.
Laws are waiting to disenfranchise voters to make it almost impossible for us to refer them. To destroy what’s left of our state; cap and trade was being forced through against the will of the people, to make the globalists happy. It doesn’t matter to the radicals that cap and trade would probably end logging and many other jobs as well as raise our electric and gas bills some 40%.
The crazy bills in Salem are too numerous and insane to mention here, and almost all of them have an emergency clause to further obstruct the voters.
I want to personally thank our Senate Republicans for doing the right thing and protecting the people. Under the threat of arrest and huge fines, you have shown virtue. There are many of us who admire your courage and stand with you 100%. At a time when so many of us were wondering what has happened to statesmanship; you have shown us that the government isn’t just for tyrants anymore.

RFK Jr. is in Arizona today. We have RTR Truth Media corespondents on the ground there. But in honor of the courage he shows revealing the truth about vaccines I wanted to share this with you from his presentation in NY state. I do not agree with left right paradigm. I do not endorse the Democrat Party whatsoever and much of what it stands for, but this presentation is spot on. I will give credit where it is due.
How can it be that a Canadian woman who never broke a law could be kidnapped, have her property stolen and have extortion held over her head to set her free? The most disturbing part of this story is not the police officer that enforced a law that did not exist that deprived this woman of her freedom and property? This story is from last year but it is as relevant today as it was then.
Here is the problem. Not only did the arresting officer not know that Georgia recognizes Canadian drivers licenses, but the jail that booked her, the Judge that set her bail, and thus the entire system conspired to commit kidnapping and theft for profit, based on ZERO substantive evidence that any crime had been committed. To me that sounds like a RICO case. As well it should be. Just because a process has been streamlined does not mean we should not throw all of these people out on their asses when they violate the rights of an individual. This case may have been resolved but it was not done fairly if that officer keeps her job and the Judge is still on the bench. Being sloppy and negligent or at worst complicit in a for profit scam, either way is immoral and unacceptable.
Lynchburg, VA — On the night of February 17, 2018 Walker Sigler, his wife Kate, and their children were asleep in their home doing nothing wrong and harming no one when two Lynchburg police officers came to the door. As Sigler woke up to the noise, the officers opened fire through the closed door and shot Sigler. This innocent man’s leg was shattered and he was nearly murdered because two trigger happy cops were scared of their own shadows.
In June of last year, Officers Edward Ferron, 41, and Savannah Simmons, 22, were both indicted for their actions that night on three felony counts of reckless handling of a firearm resulting in serious bodily injury, unlawful wounding and unlawful shooting at an occupied domicile.
In March, they pleaded no contest to the charges and were “sentenced” for their crimes to 100 hours of community service — a travesty of justice indeed.
“This is an exceptionally difficult day, as you can imagine,” John E. Lichtenstein, Sigler’s attorney, said after the hearing. “It is difficult to understand these actions. But I think what we want you to know is the Siglers respect the process. They respect this process with what happened today. And he’s doing all they can to try to get better and to try to deal with it.”
As WSET reports, officers said they approached the home and announced that they were there to investigate suspicious activity. One of the officers attorney’s, Chuck Felmlee, said the officers then heard yelling and heavy foot steps as though someone was running toward them. They say it was Sigler who then slammed the door which made a loud clanging sound they believed to be a gun shot at the time. The officers fired four shots. One bullet hit Sigler and shattered his leg.
None of this “loud clanging sound” is evident in the video and the actual door to the home was all the way closed. The only open door was the the storm door which most people never lock.
Instead of calling the home, waiting for someone to respond, or talking to neighbors, these rogue cops decided a tactical entry into the home was warranted — despite no signs of forced entry and nothing suspicious. Clearly afraid of their own shadows, the video shows the terrified officers begin shooting within only seconds after arriving at the home. Sigler was shot in the leg, shattering his femur which required multiple surgeries.
Despite all these facts, the two trigger happy cops do not have to go to jail.
“No outcome is going to satisfy everyone or make this, quote, right,” special prosecutor, Alexandria Commonwealth’s Attorney Bryan Porter said after the hearing. “It’s impossible to get a just resolve when someone’s shot and grievously wounded like this. Given the frailty of human existence, the best we can do is try to pick up the pieces and find some kind of just outcome.”
But this outcome is anything but just. These two cops were given the lowest possible sentence they could’ve received and Sigler is left permanently disabled as the blood loss caused severe problems with his vision as well.
“He is effectively blind in his left eye and has partial permanent losses of vision and other issues in his right eye as a result,” Lichtenstein said after the hearing. “He has and continues to suffer excruciating pain and will require treatment throughout his life for these devastating injuries.”As you watch the video below, remember the oft-repeated statement, “if you don’t do anything wrong in front of police, you have nothing to worry about.” This couldn’t be further from the truth. This could be your home, your spouse, or your children who fall victim to fearful cops with no regard for life. And, as the lack of punishment highlights, police have no incentive to act any different.

On Thursday, activist parents with MassResistance unmasked another child sex offender
who greeted children at Drag Queen Story Time. According to local MassResistance leader
Tracy Shannon, a drag performer with many aliases has sexually assaulted children and
publicly recounted his history as a transgender dominatrix and prostitute for hire. His
name has been redacted because he was allegedly convicted for sexual assault against
children at age 16, so his record has been sealed.
"We have another big reveal today at our press conference which will take place at 2 PM at the
Freed Montrose Library," Shannon announced in an email. "Due to this individual using
multiple aliases and having moved around a lot it was hard to nail down his identity but
we finally connected the dots. We found his name a few days ago but trying to find some
affirmation and photos was like looking for a needle in a haystack of social media postings."
"Once we affirmed the identity we ran background checks and found the record. We will
reveal all at 2 PM Central time at our press conference," she added. She also excoriated
the Houston Public Library (HPL) system for allowing child sex offenders to greet children.
At the conference, "MassResistance will demand an audit of the entire HPL background
checks vs volunteer applications to see how many have experienced an 'oversight' and
how many sex offenders have been allowed to participate in children's programming at
the libraries in Houston. We will also be demanding a city ordinance that requires background checks for all city-sanctioned programs for children when we have our press conference."

uncovered this second alleged sex offender.
She connected the man to an article on About Online recalling experiences in "sex work" as a "professional dominatrix." At the beginning, the anonymous author admitted, "I had tried for
so many years to alleviate my depression and dysphoria through random sex, I had lost track
of how many partners I’ve had." This eased the transition into "sex work" to becoming
a transgender prostitute and porn actor.
Shannon also connected the man to the Instagram account Liza Lott, and to the group
Space City Sisters/Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. Instagram posts allegedly show thi
s man posing with other Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, guiding children "past
hate groups to Drag Queen Story Time."

It appears the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence are a transgender anti-Catholic group, mocking
Roman Catholic nuns by dressing in habits but living by a sexually licentious standard
— the exact opposite of true nuns.
MassResistance uncovered an online record purporting to be his. PJ Media reached out to the
Harris County clerk for corroboration, but since the man was 16 at the time of his conviction,
A federal appeals court has put a roadblock in front of the government’s attempt to appeal a district judge’s decision to throw out its case against Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy on the grounds of prosecutorial misconduct.

Bundy and other family members, including RTR Truth Media's Tom Lacovara-Stewaet were charged after an armed standoff at their ranch over grazing fees the government claimed they had not paid, and a subsequent protest in Oregon over the Oregon Standoff. The government confiscated some of the family’s cattle, supporters from across the nation gathered and the standoff in Nevada ensued. The feds eventually backed down.
He said it took “real guts” for the government to appeal the dismissal of the case by Judge Gloria Navarro, who, he said, was “no friend of Cliven Bundy, his family and the armed peaceful protesters who stood down a tyrannical government at Bunkerville in 2014.”
Klayman, Bundy's lawyer said: “Navarro, who was recommended to the bench by Sen. ‘Dirty’ Harry Reid and nominated by President Barack Hussein Obama, and whose hometown paper, the Las Vegas Review Journal, had called a ‘friend’ of the prosecutors, Steven Myhre, Daniel Schiess and Nadia Ahmed, all Deep State holdovers in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, did not out of the goodness of her cold heart dismiss the indictment, with prejudice, thereby cutting short the jury trial. The judge could have not cared less about doing the ‘right thing.’ Rather, not wanting to go down with a sinking ship, Navarro had no choice, as the early days of the Bundy trial exposed wholesale lying and obstruction of justice not only by the FBI, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and a cover-up by the prosecutors themselves, which resulted in them dishonestly burying exculpatory evidence. If the case had gone to the jury, they would have most certainly entered a verdict of acquittal for Cliven and his sons, Ryan and Ammon, as well at other defendants.”
He charged that “in a paramilitary raid the henchmen of the BLM, assisted by the FBI and the prosecutors, sought to take over their ranch, seize their cattle and put them out of business on land the family had ranched for nearly 150 years. And, if this were not enough, BLM and FBI goons threatened the Bundys with death if they did not accede to the federal government’s demands. When the Bundys held their ground, the feds violently assaulted Cliven’s sister Margaret, throwing her to the ground, tazed his sons and killed scores of cattle, burying them in a secret mass grave.” This grave was recorded by Tom Lacovara-Stewart on the now YouTube terminated channel he once operated.
"The footage from RT is from recordings I, and several others made that day with Jerry Delumus and Ryan Bundy. At one point in the footage I had I stood in the mass grave to collect the close ups of the gunshot wounds to the cattle. It was deleted by YouTube". - Tom Lacovara-Stewart
Klayman continued: “The likely reason for this: Reid and his equally unethical son Rory, a downtown Las Vegas Mafia-connected lawyer, were reportedly attempting to not just seize Cliven’s cattle and take over his ranch, but also sell off the Bundys’ grazing rights to Chinese environmental interests, likely with kickbacks to the Reids from the Chinese buyers.”
He said he wants to get whistleblower Larry Wooten on the record for the appeal.
The 9th Circuit, in a new statement on the case, gave a number of instructions, including appointing counsel for Ryan C. Bundy.
But it also refused the government’s submission of an oversized brief, at 16,634 words. The limit is 14,000, and the government was ordered to submit a new one.
Klayman took the opportunity to move to supplement the record with the testimony of Wooten, whose statements had not been incorporated.
He suggested the appeals court return the case to the lower court, which likely would end the case.
In his motion, Klayman points out that Wooten is a former BLM investigator turned whistle-blower who wrote a report detailing the apparently unethical actions of federal agents against the Bundys.
“Mr. Wooten details a pattern and practiced of disturbing behavior by federal agents, carefully calculated to inflict maximum damage, and even death, on Mr. Bundy and his family, as well as the U.S. Attorney for the District of Nevada, Mr. Steven Phyre’s policy of ‘preferred ignorance’ when it came to potential information from the federal land agency that would have been helpful to the Bundy case.”
The judge’s decision to drop the case with prejudice because of misconduct appeared to be supported in Klayman’s motion.
He wrote: “Among the disturbing revelations set forth by Mr. Wooten include (1) BLM Supervisory agents repeatedly mocking and degrading Mr. Bundy, his family, and his co-defendants in an ‘amateurish carnival atmosphere’ that displayed ‘clear prejudice’ against the Bundys personally and their Mormon faith; (2) federal agents bragging about roughing up Mr. Bundy’s son, Dave, and violently grinding his face into the ground; (3) BLM agents failing to turn over required discover evidence to the prosecution team that was helpful to defendants; (4) top agents ‘instigating’ the monitoring of jail phone calls between the defendants and their wives; (5) SSA Dan P. Love, the lead BLM agent conducting the ill-fated paramilitary raid on the Bundy ranch, intentionally ignoring direction from the U.S. attorney’s office and his superiors ‘in order to command the most intrusive, oppressive, large scale and militaristic trespass cattle impound possible;’ (6) SSA Love having a ‘Kill Book’ as a trophy where he ‘bragged about getting three individuals in Utah to commit suicide’; and (7) that a secure command post at FBI headquarters in Las Vegas of an ‘Arrest Tracking Wall,’ where photos of Cliven Bundy and co-defendant Eric Parker were marked with an ‘X’ over them.”
Klayman said that when Wooten pointed out the misbehavior, he was summarily removed from the case and threatened.
In fact, he became aware that his supervisor “was already aware of the issues, participated in, or instigated the misconduct himself.”
Klayman told the appeals court: “This is truly an ‘extraordinary circumstance,’ as Judge Navarro and the district court dismissed the superseding indictment against appellees due to gross abuse of process and prosecutorial misconduct within even the benefit of Mr. Wooten’s testimony.”
