It won't ask you to pay anything. And it won't call to threaten your benefits. Your caller ID might show the SSA's real phone number (1-800-772-1213), but that's not the real SSA calling.

Please be advised that a very convincing telemarketing scam is running rampant. Do not give them any information. If they make any of the above claims hang up and report them.

Trowbridge ran for office in 2009, before dropping out due to “personal matters” in 2010.

Trowbridge sent sexually explicit messages to the person that he believed to be a 14-year-old boy before going to their house to prey on them.

When Trowbridge was told that the person he was speaking to was “14 turning 15,” he responded with “nice.”

Trowbridge has now deleted all of his social media.  Imagine that!
